Kazimir grew up in the shadow of his older brother, Tyler. Being a year younger than him and unsure of what he wanted to do and whether a career in some sort of sports was right for him, he drifted through school pretty unsure of everything he wanted to do, and just watched as his brother found a path and stuck to it, even if it was derailed by a freak injury, only to see a new path rise for him. When Kazimir was in high school, shortly after his brother’s injury at the Orioles open training camp, he met a guy who was brought to his school in order to help show the teenagers the business side of life. Not only did they have an assembly with him, but he also scheduled one on one meetings with students, per recommendation from the teachers. Kazimir was one such student, a smart kid but not really with a path, this guy was tasked with helping him find a future. This guy showed him everything about business, and how it plays into sports, one of the few things that really guided his life, and eventually he realized that there is more to sports than just the on-field aspect. Agents, front office, even accountants, he decided to find a path in business, and that’s what got Kazimir on the path he is on right now. (232 words)

When Fyodorovich came to the States he wasn't a good example of a college kid and had a big trouble to adapt in the new scenery. He was very agile and swift, but it took some time before he started to reinvigorate his sporting career trying multiple different sports such as: football, tennis, volleyball, soccer, baseball, basketball, polo, cross country, skiing. Finallyt he was chosen to the football team, but as a freshman and sophomore, he had an opportunity to play at all. He was newbie to the game of football was still new to him and that time was needed for him to grasp even the basics. In his junior, he finally made his debut, but season was already over for Villanova in the last game at the Cornerback position. He tried to change that in his junior is training hard his whole free time learning the intricate details of playing as a defensive back man - he also considered position switch at the time. But as always hard times ensued andTin the third game of the college season he tore his ACL, ending his hopes at least for that year. Maybe his college career was short lived, but he benefited immensely from being in the system. Another important event happened last season when he visited China in an effort to gain height - it was succesful - thanks to the innovative technique including ancient tortures and growth hormones his height went from 5'11' to 6'3''.

Despite all the money and success my professional football career has brought me thus far, I never forget where I came from or who is responsible. In high school, I was just that typical kid. I would show up, cause a little mischief, and leave putting forth just enough effort to get by. While doing this, I fell in with the wrong crowd. This caused me to continually break the law in ever increasing manners. This lifestyle continued well into my late teens. I was headed down the wrong path and it was going to lead to either imprisonment or death. Then, suddenly out of nowhere, I met a man who introduced me to the world of football. This was the structure and discipline that I was needing my entire life. My outlook on life was immediate different as I was no longer just working for myself but also my teammates. This just goes to show you that you never know when your life can change and what impact someone may have on your life. Still to this day, I think back to my old coach who rescued me from the streets and is the sole reason I am who I am today.

One of the most memorable events in Seer Zephyrous' life is when he first gained his unnatural premonition powers.

He was in New York City vacationing as a teenager. His parents decided to take him on a trip and while waiting at a busy intersection, he saw a blurred vision of a sports car running a light and zipping around a cab and smashing in to an 8 year old girl. This girl was playing with her doll and continued walking in to the street passed her family.

He thought this vision was very unnerving and wasn't thrilled that he saw something so terrible. They continued walking down the street making their way to the musical "phantom of the opera". After 2 more city blocks, Seer saw the little girl. It was in this moment he knew he could change the future. He bolted running, dodging between 2 other cars and grabbing the little girl before she could get hit by the car.

The parents of the little girl began berating Seer for grabbing her and moving her from the street, not realizing what fate he prevented that day. They went on to go watch the show and even though no one knew of what tragedy he prevented, he knew that he did the right thing.

If you only knew one thing about Chad Pennington and I had to guess what it was I'd say one of three things.

1.) He loves his brothers
2.) He's totally ripped
3.) He's got some emotional issues

One of the defining moments of Chad's life is entirely about football. If you haven't read the story of Chad Pennington's draft year and the events surrounding it you really should go back in the media section and take a look, but here's the gist of it. It started with his 1st and only DSFL season where he was forced to play on a different team than his brothers. When he got the phone call he went home from college, just a drive home from Syracuse University, to figure out how to deal with the news. When he got home he didn't do anything for days except sit in the living room. His mother, Mad, was worried sick and called Brad and Thad to figure out what was wrong. The two of them rushed home, but it was late at night Chad was already at the High School, standing in the bleachers with his backpack reminiscing about the glory days of High School football with his brothers. One by one he looked at the contents of his backpack and decided that they weren't the way to do it. A gun would be gory and a terrible way to find a loved one, a knife would be too painful. He looked at the pills and threw them in the trash, along with the rest of the contents of his backpack and stepped over the guard rail. One step and it'd be over. But then along came Brad and Thad to talk him down, tell him they loved him and that they'd only be spending half a season apart before they were reunited in Tijuana.

This is a huge part of his life for a number of reasons, but the biggest reason is that it was the time when he finally decided to get help. Help for his separation anxiety and depression. If you ever need help please get it, there's no shame in talking to a psychologist or psychiatrist. My NSFL hero takes anti-depressants now and sees the team psychiatrist at least once a week. It hasn't made the issues go away entirely, but he has support when he needs it the most, and that's enough to get him through his worst days.

You know, D’Pez Poopsie has had a lot of memorable events, we could discuss his college career, where he didn’t play until his senior season because he just couldn’t understand the offensive playbook, but was such a freak athlete that they had to play him, or the fact he has always tried to stay close to home in Mississippi to be with his family because he’s not the brightest character. But instead, that topic of discussion here has to be the fact that D’Pez was drafted one overall, and then signed a contract with the San Jose Sabercats. This took him way out of his comfort zone and is now across the country, away from his family and loved ones, in an area he has never really been before, playing for a team in San Jose. This is a memorable event because it is really the first time D’Pez Poopsie has been on his own, and is making all his decisions, granted with a lot of calls back home to Jackson, and even going against what his family’s original wishes of staying at running back and switching to corner back. Everything happened so quickly and suddenly for D’Pez, this is something that he will remember for his life.

It's cliche, but the most memorable moment in my life was the Season 9 NSFL draft. The San Jose SaberCats held the first overall pick. I held interviews with almost every NSFL team and felt good about a few of them. With San Jose, I had a really good interview, but I didn't really think they would go with a wide receiver with the first pick. There were a lot of really good players in my draft class that could of went first overall. Marquise Brown, the running back, had a fantastic season and plays an important position on the field. Kevin Fitzpatrick was the top quarterback coming out of the DSFL and we all know how important finding a franchise quarterback is. There were very good defensive players coming out as well, like Bucky Barnes and Kolby Deringer.

On the night of the draft, I got into my suit and headed down to the draft. I was nervous, not of my draft position, but of just wanting to find out my new team. As it turns out, I didn't need to wait long. San Jose went up to the podium and with the first overall pick in the draft, they took a Canadian wide receiver by the name of Xavier Flash. I was shocked, surprised, and elated. I couldn't believe the SaberCats liked me enough to take me first overall. It was a moment that I will never forget and will always appreciate San Jose for giving me that moment.

Well seeing as this is a Football league, here is a football story that changed K.J. Becker's life. When he was in high school he played fullback after a middle school career that saw him protect the quarterback at all costs. One game as a full back in his senior year, his quarterback Jason Deklen threw 4 interceptions. However, despite those four interceptions only one of them resulted in a turnover. Why? Well K.J. Becker was blocking for Deklen on all those plays and his hustle turned those interceptions into forced fumbles. Becker hustled his way back the other way to force three fumbles from the defensive back who picked Deklen off. Since that day the team knew they had to put Becker on the other side of the ball for at least 1/4 of the defensive plays. Becker turned out to be a standout defensive player and the University of Utah was watching him. Utah offered him a scholarship at the linebacker position and he turned his career into blocker the quarterback, to chasing them. Oh and for the record, Becker said he never had one single handoff as a fullback in his career but he has been in the backfield quick enough to receive one from a quarterback now that he is a linebacker.

Danny Grithead has been playing football ever since he was in the womb. One of Grithead's greatest talents today is his fantastic memory. While Grithead was as dumb as a rock in the DSFL and, really, through his childhood, Grithead suddenly developed some serious Intelligence after switching to playing safety instead of running back. Maybe it was the decrease in contact from playing on defense. Whatever. Anyways, Grithead always ran inside the tackles in the womb and remembers vividly that he always had to secure the ball in his tiny, barely forming hands. In kindergarten, Grithead picked up a real football for the very first time during recess. When his classmates started to play a game of 2 hand touch, Grithead immediately went full gym class hero every time he got the ball and definitely did hit stick tackles and trucks against every single kid. Everyone saw Grithead as a huge jerk after that and that's probably why he has no friends to this day. At Last Chance U, Grithead also remembers seeing his teammate O.J. Simpson slip on some wide receiver gloves at practice that fit perfectly. Grithead thought it was pretty weird that Simpson would wear wide receiver gloves even though he was mostly a running threat and barely caught any passes out of the backfield. But Grithead didn't think much of it. Again, this was before Grithead switched to safety.
