Requirements
Written: Must include 200 words. As the season comes to a close there were some surprising outcomes during the season that shocked the league. Write about one such outcome.
Graphic: Create a graphic showing what happened. Include the outcome (so score if it was a game, stats if it was a player with a breakout year) and something to signify it (logo/render/name/etc).

The most surprising outcome of the season for me at least was the Liberty beating the Hawks 30-14. The Liberty did not win a game the season prior, while the Hawks won the biggest game of the season in the Ultimus, and while the Liberty were looking better than their previous season, they still have glaring holes and were extremely outmatched by the Hawks. The Hawks were expected to win and win big, and no one would have thought any differently of the Liberty if they did lose to what is probably the best team in the league, however they did not back down and they took the fight to the Hawks, challenging them and putting them in a spot they aren't normally in. The Hawks were caught off guard, playing down to their competition when this game should've been won in dominant fashion, but it wasn't as simple as walking in 5-0 and walking out 6-0, instead they suffered their first loss of the season and lost a lot of momentum. The Hawks saw that game lead into another loss against the Second Line, and those two games end up having massive implications on home field advantage throughout the playoffs, as 2 winnable games were dropped by the Hawks and they end up 9-5 instead of 11-3. PT5: Suprising Outcomes
Down Year
On my end, I don’t think I was quite expecting a breakout year. No, I have been around too long to expect a massive uptick in production. But at the same time, I was, at the very least, expecting to up my totals from a season ago, where I tallied a passable twenty seven tackles and five sacks along with what I thought was a productive ten tackles for a loss. The sacks tied a career high and my tackles for a loss was the highest I had achieved since my days in the DSFL with he Portland Pythons, a season in which I totaled twelve tackles for a loss.
After pushing my body to its absolute limits in terms of speed, strength, and agility, I truthfully anticipated that I would be able to do more for my team and help us win some football games. Rather than that, I have been a non factor, as has been the case for much of my career. I currently have only racked up twenty three tackles to go along with a punitive four tackles for a loss and a depressing four sacks in a campaign that showed signs of promise in the preseason. And of course, with our current record, I can not help but feel that I am partially to blame for another down season.

I have to say that the main surprise of the season for me is that the Tijuana Luchadores are a big suck. Personally this is very confusing to me because as long as I have been in control, the Tijuana Luchadores have not been a big suck (just a little one in my first season but that was ok because I was still learning and we still made the Ultimini anyway). But now, 3 championships later and with one of the most talented offensive rosters that Tijuana has seen maybe ever, the Luchadores seem to have let it all go to their head. This would be sad since no team in the NSFL or DSFL has ever won 4 championships in a row, but maybe they all ran into the same thing too and there is just a wall at this point. Know what else is surprising? Somehow, Luchadores are like 2nd in the league in yardage gained and yardage allowed--pretty good. But 4th in the league in points scored and points allowed. Its that redzone deadzone man. Maybe its all in QB play because get this....Metaxas who is capped at 250 tpe has one of the worst QBRs, completion %, and TD:INT ratios (pretty much the worst if you don't include bots), but Tijuana's back up has the best QBR and completion % and tied for best TD:INT ratio and yet has only 61 tpe. Now, that's all surprising, unless of course....someone is rigging it that way ..... :eyes:

Well since this PT is just a set up for the glorious 30 - 14 performance from the Philadelphia Liberty I might as well talk about that so okay it's like week 6 or whatever and the philly libs play the bal hawks so lets see how this goes okay so like the game starts off applehort throws some picks typical applehort ya know okay so that happens our defense takes advantage and makes some points also you know marquise brown had to go off he definitely had to so yeah the game goes on applehort throws more picks falconi plays a fantastic game and it's really fun so yeah and uhhhh also liberty win on a 30 - 14 score this game was pretty important because now the hawks are fighting for home field against COL and this shit is hilarious it's because of us ha ha ha yeah fuck the hawks they suck they're fighting for home field because of our epic win yup so yeah liberty is the best team in the whole entire world i mean come on is it even a discussion an epic 30 - 14 win against the undefeated baltimore hawks what more could you ask for it is an awesome game and people bet on it an they lost some money for sure what stupid dumb idiots so yeah get money and fuck the hawks
