Appeal of SJS and Tuck Punishment - iamslm22 - 07-18-2019
Hello everyone. The San Jose Sabercats decided to appeal their punishment of the Head Office's ruling found here.
The appeals team (@bovovovo @Bzerkap and myself) decided unanimously to change the punishment. SJS had no wrongdoing and thus will receive no punishment at all.
The Player in question however had a clear illegal update. Per rule VI.D.12, the user will lose all the TPE in said update - and said update will not count - Thus Jorel Tuck will lose 143 TPE.
As many of you know appeals recommendations are just that - they are recommended. The Head office decided to unanimously adopt our findings.
Thus @ErMurazor is fined 143 TPE from his player - the contract can remain as it was and SJS has no fines of any type.

Ok, this is just wrong. Why in the living hell do you punish a casual player? I get it because it was claimed after a claim thread was closed, but this is just an overkill.
