You still have overspent by 50, so we have to bring that down some. The tricky part for applying points is using the points scale.
0-50 1pt
51-70 2pts
71-80 5pts
81-90 10pts
91-100 15pts
The idea is that as abilities get better, it takes more points to get them stronger.
I'd strongly recommend using the player builder tool to get your starting builder tool to help http://sim-football.com/playerbuilder.html. As long as you don't subtract a starting value and only add points, it should help you get started.
