I'll accidentally post an actual one with no relevance to the current situation:
VII.A.4 All mobile QBs should be checked as running QB within the sim.
The rule suggests they should be checked but it's usually detrimental to a team to have it checked. Simmers don't make teams check this box, so this could be removed or at least reworded to give teams the option as it's not currently enforced anyway.

Okay. I propose a change to Section IV (Tampering), subsection A (What is Tampering?).
Introduce an additional clause, 1. b), stating (or stating words to the effect of): If a player or GM approaches an inactive player who is currently under contract with another DSFL team or whose rights are owned by another DSFL team with the express or implied intention of encouraging the user controlling said player to return to the league, the player or GM in question will not be guilty of tampering.
The supposed aim of the DSFL is to provide the NSFL with a pool of active players to draw from, and so any rule that discourages users from encouraging inactive users to return to the league should be changed.
