I'm probably going to echo the sentiments of the public here:
What the fuck is wrong with you people?
Since this league started three seasons ago, let's recap all the shit we have endured:
- Like fifteen GM resignations. That is INSANE. I know I'm included, but we really couldn't find more committed people here?
- Shitty GMs before, during and after those resignations occurred. Expansion buried a team because he didn't know how to handle it. And the other one ain't shit either.
- The ever prevailing double-sided coin. We have had people who have been massive assholes for NO reason. Calling people cunts, attacking people's disabilities, etc is not good policy and sets a HORIFFIC example for new people. And of course, with that, comes the people who can't take a fucking joke. I have never seen a greater combination of those who are obnoxious trolls and people softer than pillows.
- Noble. We have had Noble, in all his forms. Oh by the way the Noble thing is apparently still unresolved. He posted something on his snapchat today with Kyle. There, they're two different people, now let him back for fucks sake.
- An awful graphics system. I'm over here busting my ass trying to improve and make creative and aesthetically pleasing signatures for other members as well as myself, only to see people also get paid for slapping MS paint text on a black and white image. Insanity.
- A self-righteous Head Office, who, ironically, can't get stuff done correctly. See most of my previous points or any announcement in recent history if you're curious as to what I mean. In other words, dont, because unless you live in a cave, you KNOW what I mean.
- Updaters who cant do their jobs. You know how much controversy would've been avoided if everyone was updated correctly and checked before being entered? Yeah, all of it.
- Teams that still think the sim is rigged. Grow the fuck up, Philly.
- Discouraging activity in the most atrocious way possible. Shame on you, Colorado, for what you did to @ralz9. Shame on you. Mad props to my bro though for sticking around ready to prove people wrong!
- A feeder league that nobody cares about. I'm looking at you, DSFL.
- And now...this bullshit. We have 9 members who are potentially the same person on a VPN. Wouldn't that be crazy? No, RD, it wouldn't. It would just be another day at the fucking office.
On the real, I love this league. The fact that it couldn't possibly have fit any more dysfunction into a three season span is evident, though. Unless the league cleans up its act, signs point to a death close to Season 6. Would I be sad? Of course. But then I would open the SHL, sit back in my chair, sigh and mutter "I told you so."

To be fair, the only updater who's actually been proven of any wrong doing was Noble... Who you just said should be allowed back.
The Pierno thing was unfortunate though, no question.

I was more referring to these instances:
- Broadway having too much agility
- Players not being on the correct roster etc
Liberty players bitch about a LOT

If you want me to explain it fully I can. It was a miscommunication on our part, yes. Did we fuck up? Yes. However, the way people make it seem like we didn't tell him on purpose. It wasn't intentional. I was waiting for Pig to run some sims. I forgot to get him the files. Daybe was getting a bit frustrated and wanted a position switch. I said I would talk with Pierno about it after the sims. Again, forgot to get Pig the sim file. Wozy might have assumed I talked with him about it, and went ahead with the switch. It was NOT an intentional lack of communication, and I myself was always behind Pierno.

I've tried to be as open as possible to everyone in the league about accepting ideas and opinions on how we can improve. I've also admitted it when I felt I was in the wrong or had made a mistake. I don't think that I've been self righteous and I know for a fact that the other members of the HO put in a lot of effort into making this league better in any way they can. Just like myself and every other human on planet earth, they have made mistakes as well.
While I don't feel quite as pessimistic about the future of the league, I recognize that we have had more than our fair share of problems. I want to do anything I can to make this league about having fun, rather than a hub for drama or vitriol.
I'm going to bring up the gfx issue you have in HO. As for the noble situation we've reached out to both of them and received nothing in return. Jiggly has attempted to reach out as well. All we are waiting for is an open avenue of discussion with them.

Seeing as this is not in the thunderdome I am guessing you are serious about this stuff (you never know these days).
I am definitely in the top 15 for calling the sim rigged. I'm 98% joking and the other 2% is that I have a really difficult time trusting strangers, especially over the internet. I didn't think that anyone was more serious than not serious on that matter.
Also, dsfl stream #'s have been awesome from what I have seen with how few actives are in the league compared to the NSFL.
