So..like the title says..which players would be worth what kind of draft picks?
Feel free to use here or the NFL, though please stick to bringing NSFL players onto NFL teams if you go that route.

Trey Willie for example, ranks in the top 10 in TPE and has a great build but is a season 3, meaning several more seasons til regression?
alternatively, what IS the worth of someone like Willie or Winchester

I think you need to look at this question situationally, and from two sides.
Firstly, what would each team be willing to give up for Winchester? Secondly, what would it take to get the Otters to let him go?
In that case, Winchester might be a bad example, since I imagine the capital required to get the Otters to say yes to a deal is probably significantly more than any team would realistically be willing to offer.
