Liberty Contract Punishment - ADwyer87 - 04-22-2018
It was discovered today while checking budgets that the Liberty are 3.5M over the cap.
As per precedent, the punishment will be an 8M cap penalty on the S8 Liberty Budget
1M for invalid contract
7M doubling the amount gone over the cap
In addition, Liberty must be made cap compliant for the rest of the season. We talked with the GM, and they will be moving down two of their OL bots to the 4.5M tier

1m for invalid contract, where is the invalid contract? Also, I talked with SLM and showed him how our sheet says we're under budget, I'm inclined to believe the sheet first.
