I don't know where to put this, and there's no where that says thunderdomes have be ridiculous shit posts, but have y'all ever looked at the media grading logs? @bovovovo is a machine, grading basically 95% of all media by himself for months. Almost no complaints, and he's run a huge portion of the site.
On top of that in spite of the fact that we get a lot of media on the site the grading is done faster than on other sites. Just felt the need to give props when props were due

I tried to be a grader once to help bovo. Nobody wanted to give me perms, so I gave up.
Have we checked to see if the other people holding grader jobs actually have all the access and instruction to do their job?

I offered to grade in the past just to play catch up and said they could pay me just a flat rate based on work performed but I was told that's not how it works. Meanwhile, media was weeks behind.

Yeah I can't speak to when you were a grader but the current guys all have it. We're hiring a new batch now though
