*S9 NSFL Draft Prospects: TPE Rankings - Leafs4ever - 07-04-2018 [div align=\\\"center\\\"]Season 9 NSFL Prospects: TPE Rankings[/div] QUARTERBACKS: QB Kevin Fitzpatrick - 259 TPE (251/467, 2960 yards, 15 TDs, 13 INTs) Kevin Fitzpatrick is the clear leader in TPE for quarterbacks, as well as the current leader of the whol draft class, and he really put on a performance this season. He should be the first quarterback taken in the draft. He'll need to clean up his turnovers, but with time he'll learn to read the field better. QB Gus T.T. Showbiz - 197 TPE (242/460, 2384 yards, 13 TDs, 8 INTs) Showbiz comes next in this QB class, also putting up solid numbers. While he didn't quite have the weapons around him like Fitzpatrick, Showbiz has the talent to become a solid NSFL starter. QB Andreas Metaxas - 118 TPE (64/128, 676 yards, 1 TD, 4 INTs) Metaxas is a much different quarterback from the other two. His strength is his mobility. He'll cause fits for opposing players once he develops more. Small numbers only because Tijuana ran specific packages for him. RUNNINGBACKS: RB Marquise Brown - 190 TPE (264 att, 1222 yards, 15 TDs) A monster season for Brown should lead him to being the first running back off the board. He has a nose for the endzone and will be a huge addition to any NSFL backfield. RB Elijah Lagerfield - 152 TPE (324 att, 1562 yards, 10 TDs) The rushing leader, Lagerfield also showed his dominance. It's going to be very interesting watching him develop alongside Brown. Should be a fantastic rivalry at this position. RB Ricky Adams - 171 TPE (166 att, 863 yards, 5 TDs) Adams, running back for the Luchadores, didn't have as much touches as the other two, but still put up strong numbers. He'll make any team that drafts him happy. RB LaMarcus Strike - 112 TPE (331 att, 1445 yards, 4 TDs) Talk about getting the most bang for your buck. With the least amount of TPE out of the running backs, by a fair margin, Strike still dominated on the turf. He can rack up the yards, but needs to find pay dirt more often. WIDE RECEIVERS: WR Xavier Flash - 196 TPE (76 cat, 1003 yards, 5 TDs) Losing the receiving title on the last day of the season, Flash was still the only rookie to post 1000+ yards. He finished first in catches, second in yards, and second in touchdowns. He should be the first wide receiver off the board in the draft. WR Vinny Valentine - 179 TPE (48 cat, 622 yards, 3 TDs) Valentine, the first wide receiver taken in the DSFL draft, stayed steady in TPE production, but didn't get utilized as much as some other receivers. With more responsibility, he has the talent to put up big numbers. WR Ricardo Jones - 79 TPE (38 cat, 471 yards, 0 TDs) A similar season to most of the receivers, an improved work ethic will go a long way in his career. Playing alongside a talent group of receivers in Tijuana may not of done him any favours. WR Jai Turner - 76 TPE (53 cat, 739 yards, 4 TDs) Turner, much like Strike, really got the most out of himself. He was the second best rookie receiver this season, putting up fairly strong numbers. The foundation is there for success, just needs to push harder in his development. WR Alsan Arshad - 71 TPE (24 cat, 229 yards, 3 TDs) With 3 touchdowns he made his catches count. Other than that, it was a quiet season for Arshad. WR ShaDarrien LaMelllana - 66 TPE (2 cat, 19 yards, 0 TDs) Not much to say here, LaMelllana was not used by his team at all. WR Deion Jackson - 57 TPE (28 cat, 319 yards, 2 TDs) The least amount of TPE in the receiver group, but not the worst season. His team must of ran some solid plays for him, helping him put up respectable numbers in comparison to the others. TIGHT ENDS: TE Declan Harp - 256 TPE (64 cat, 558 yards, 1 TD) The second highest TPE earner, Harp carries a huge TPE advantage over his only tight end counterpart. He posted solid numbers himself and should be a high pick in the draft. TE Zapp Brannigan - 138 TPE (58 cat, 435 yards, 1 TD) Brannigan wasn't too far behind in stats, but is in TPE. He's still a solid option at tight end and should find a good home in the NSFL draft. DEFENSIVE ENDS: DE Young Spaghetti - 110 TPE (34 tck, 4 sacks, 0 INTs) On an island by himself, Spaghetti is the only defensive end in this draft. He has good numbers all around so he should get a chance in the NSFL with a team. LINEBACKERS: LB Kolby Deringer - 212 TPE (76 tck, 12 sacks, 2 INTs) Leading a strong linebacker group is Deringer. His sack totals are great, which is what will attract NSFL teams. He'll hear his name called early in the draft. LB Jesse Marchand - 195 TPE (113 tck, 6 sacks, 1 INT) The tackles leader, Marchand enjoyed a great season. He does a little bit of everything on the field and will be a great addition to any defence. LB Barnaby Earl - 108 TPE (107 tck, 10 sacks, 0 INTs) Earl, far behind the top two in TPE, put up a great rookie season. Right behind the leaders in both tackles and sacks, Earl was a production machine. There's a lot to like in this player and the team drafting Earl will be very happy. LB Tyler Griffin - 82 TPE (103 tck, 2 sacks, 2 INTs) Griffin showed that TPE might not mean everything, posting great all around numbers while having a lower amount of TPE. There's a lot of room for growth so look for a team that is already established on defence to draft Griffin and give him time to develop. LB Robert Jordan - 60 TPE (98 tck, 1 sack, 0 INTs) Jordan showed his nose to tackles and that's a skill all teams look for. He might end up just being depth for someone, but I'm sure a team will take a chance on him late. LB Fin Jameson - 57 TPE (74 tck, 0 sacks, 2 INTs, 1 TD) While last in TPE in his position group, he can boast that he's the only rookie linebacker with a touchdown, so there's that. I can see a late round pick in his future. CORNER BACKS: CB Oskar Ludvig - 184 TPE (62 tck, 0 sacks, 6 INTs, 4 TDs) The runaway leader in his group of two corner backs, Ludvig had a fantastic season. His 4 touchdowns led all defensive players. He'a a ball hawk and clearly the best corner back in the draft class. He'll go nice and early. CB Daquan Richardson - 77 TPE (42 tck, 0 sacks, 3 INTs, 2 TDs) Richardson had a very solid season compared to his TPE total. There's a lot of talent ready to come out and he'll go to a team that will hopefully give him the time to develop those skills. SAFETIES: S Bucky Barnes - 246 TPE (67 tck, 2 sacks, 7 INTs, 3 TDs) Carrying the third highest TPE total in the draft class, Barnes lived up to it on the field. He led the DSFL in interceptions and patrolled the field better than most. He's in contention for the first overall pick. S Alexandre Thibault - 143 TPE (77 tck, 2 sacks, 2 INTs, 1 TD) Thibault comes in after Barnes and, while having a sizeable TPE gap between them, Alexandre had himself a good season. He's developing into a quality defensive starter and will be a great pick for any team in this draft. S John Springfield - 50 TPE (42 tck, 1 sack, 1 INT) With the lowest TPE you can have, Springfield still put up some stats for his team. He won't be taken high, but maybe a team will take him near the end and hope he shows up. KICKERS: K Emilio Ramero - 131 TPE (39/44 XP, 20/27 FG, 45 LNG) Ramero leads the kickers in TPE going into the draft and had a solid season. He's shown that he is willing to put in the work and a team will give him a chance to kick for them. K Kyle Corbett - 104 TPE (24/25 XP, 30/32 FG, 54 LNG) Despite having a small number of TPE, Corbett took the DSFL by storm this season. He kicked his way into the record books, becoming the single season record holder for most field goals made in a season with 30. To cap off this record season, Corbett also kicked a buzzer beating, 50 yard field goal to win the Ultimini Championship with the Luchadores. A dream season should lead to hearing his name called in the NSFL draft. COMPLETE TPE RANKINGS: 1. QB Kevin Fitzpatrick - 259 TPE 2. TE Declan Harp - 256 TPE 3. S Bucky Barnes - 246 TPE 4. But nonetheless good article *S9 NSFL Draft Prospects: TPE Rankings - Leafs4ever - 07-04-2018 (07-04-2018, 04:42 PM)OBESE Wrote:I would like to correct that the tpe leader of the draft class is actually Kevin Fitzpatrick as he is still yet to add 17tp for ultimus week, training and activity check, therefore putting him at 259tpe which is 3 more than i have.
