That's right, after at least an hour of complaining, I got my show back. Unfortunately the NSFL Awards were already done, but they didn't do the DSFL Awards yet! So that's what I'm here to do. We're starting in a little over a half hour, so please begin your moderate hype.

Hi everyone and welcome to the S8 DSFL Awards Show! I don’t have many gifs tonight due to just general things being my own fault, but I do have a whole show set out for you guys since that was the important thing. So let’s do this!

To start off these awards, we need to start with the usual suspect of Top Performance. As you all know, I don’t pay attention to anything in this league. Usually I have no clue what these performances are until I see them handed to me and a lot of the time, I have no clue how they compare to any other players’ performances on any given day. This time is different. I read the name, like any other time and saw that the performance result wasn’t next to it. I looked up the player and saw that it was a kicker. Oh yes. I knew who this was. In Week 2 this man, this legend, attempted 8 field goals in one game. He made 7 of them. But that’s not all. All of these bunches of 3 were the only scores in the game for his team. Over half of these field goals were 40+ yarders (well, one 40 yards, but whatever). This man is a living legend and deserves something named after him. But enough with the verbal fellatio, give a massive round of applause for the winner of the Top Performance of the Season:

Next we have the Punter. As we learned in the age of Ronaldo, punters are weirdly important. If you have a good one, it gives the other team trouble. While we’re still waiting for a punter to match those stats, this guy did an amazing job of his own. Yes, it’s another landslide, so I’m gonna talk about the player. He pounded out 99 punts this season, 21 of which ending up inside the 20. I don’t know much about what the average is for the rest of the league, but 43.6 yards per punt sounds like a lot. Anyway, let’s all give it up for the Punter of the Year:
