Alright so this AC is a little bit different than most. NSFL HO has asked me to get this census out, in order to help out in the future. Please do the census and then respond with done, after that just link as normal and you're good.

Looks like you have a duplicate question (assuming the second one about the NSFL community meant DSFL) and a few instances where the answers will probably be a mess because the questions aren't really clear.
