Update #99 - bluesfan55 should have 720 total and 8 banked. In post #97 they had 709 total and 1 banked. Then in post 98, they added 11 which brought them to a total of 12. They then spent 4 points going to 70 competitiveness which would leave them with 8 banked rather than 7. Please add +1 TPE to the bank.
