Also, quick question. I am not exactly sure how this works, but when exploring in the recent sim file, I found that have 6 experience, while Chad (who is also an S8) has 7 experience. Am I supposed to have more? or is there a reason this is different?

To answer your question, the way I have understood the rule, players in most positions have 1 experience for each season spent in the NSFL. You should both have the same experience since you both have played in the NSFL since Season 8 for a total of 6 completed seasons, and thus, 6 EXP. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will go through to check up on EXP numbers and ensure they are correct.
