@Donkey Please note, that Tier purchases are not cumulative. The way you have laid it out here does indeed cost 6.5m total, however you will only get 18 TPE (Tier 2 = 10 TPE) Upgrading to Tier 3 = 5 additional TPE + 500k training only gives you 3 TPE. Therefore, 10 + 5 + 3 = 18.
Please edit this post and tag @Vorshayla if you wish to proceed with only earning 18 TPE for this series of transactions instead of 30 TPE like you originally thought.
