So, there are two errors with this update, neither of which hurt you. Firstly, in your regression, you state that you have 13 TPE banked, then regress all of it. You actually had 16 TPE banked, the 8 from Season Predictions then the 8 previously banked. You did regress 13 TPE from your bank and I can't change that at this point, so you will have a bank of 3 following this update.
Second, just a counting error. 946-283=663, then add 48 to that and you get 711 rather than 710.
Bank is 3.
