On the verge of the Summer Olympics kicking off the Honolulu Hahalua chose Miles Weperom and Sal Ami, their first two picks in this season's draft, to travel to Japan and work with the competition committee of the Olympics on the introduction of football being a sport in the Summer Olympics. Now, with the current cycle's games starting very soon it's not the intention to get football added to these games, or maybe even the next Summer Olympics, as the players know it'll be a process of both education and expectations to get the sport added. Being that Hawaii is far closer to Japan than the other teams in the league it was the direction of the ISFL for Honolulu to send a player from each side of the ball. While many around the league saw this as a rookie hazing type assignment, Miles and Sal understood what a huge honor it is and how much it could mean that they are the spokesmen that may ultimately get the sport added to the Olympics. After arriving in Japan the two took a few days to embrace the culture and enjoy the Olympic festivities. Both of them felt a deeper connection to the games and a burning desire to represent their country for the sport they love in the world's ultimate games.

So this would be rather interesting. I'm not getting on no damn plane to any international country no matter how much Portland pays me. Personally I say we send Tah Heenie because he hasn't done anything in a really long time and to be honest is like the laziest guy on the damn team. Keeps saying he is too busy with fake sports on the internet pfffft.. get real scrub. This is real life. Although then again if we send him we probably make the wrong impression and lose that sexy international deal and all the international monies. so im gonna go ahead and say we send Wendell Sailor for a couple reasons.

1.) Sailor is a forgienor themselves and has already meshed into a new culture once so how hard could it be for them to do again? At least that's my thoughts as a dude who barely left his damn state his whole life.
2.) He is Australian or newzelander or whichever of those two he is so he has a good grasp of things that can kill you. EX: a python. So lets say someone tries to back out of that sweet sweet international deal BOOM. Snake charm them back to begging to broadcast our games all over foreign lands.

While Fantuz might not be a household name in the ISFL yet, he wanted to give back to some of the international communities that are interested in developing their own football leagues and players in hopes to bring more talent over to the ISFL. The one country that stood out the most was Liechtenstein, which is one of the smallest countries throughout Europe. Andy Fantuz was not even aware of this country before being reached out too by their football player operations manager and the Kansas City Coyotes general manager. Andy Fantuz made the long flight out there in the offseason to run some training camps and events in their cities and towns for both the community and football athletes. The first event that Fantuz took part of out there was the week long football camp that focused both on the basics and refining the players skills on the field as he hopes some of these players will make the trip and try their shot at making it in the ISFL. While Fantuz offered the opportunity to some of his teammates to make the trip with him he ultimately made the trip by himself but the country of Liechtenstein & their football community was ultimately very grateful of Fantuz taking the time to come and direct some camps and events that they through a giant appreciation party and even made him some local team jersies with Fantuz on the back.

With there being two sides of the football in the sport itself, I think our team would send two players. One of the offensive side of the ball, and one on the defensive side of the ball. The two players I think the New Orleans Second Line would select to send would be two players who have been a big part of the franchise for awhile and also have been team captains. Those two players would be Ben Slothlisberger @slothfacekilla and Medicinal Tolberone @JuOSu. Slothlisberger would be sent to the Netherlands to help out youths in that country, and Tolberone would be sent to Austria to train them.

For Slothlisberger, he arrived the same way he arrives to every practice and every game, with some cool shades, a lit cigar in his mouth, and a beer in his hand. He was quite shocked to learn that Netherlands youth were normal kids with an accent and not Neanderthals. He pulled up a lawn chair and would wave absentmindedly at some of the kids to tell them one thing and tell others another. He would also go on to give them some tips on how to beat defenses like tripping them, headbutting them, and kicking them in rudimentary places. The team Slothlisberger had helped train went on to have the best offense in all of the Netherlands and while rumors of foul play had surfaced, no one was able to stop them.

Tolberone on the other hand, went to Austria and the youths there saw a strange sight. They watched as a walking Tolberone bar with bloodshot eyes and a slow talking speed. The kids seemed very confused as this big bar of delicious milk chocolate filled with honey and almonds talked very indepth about destroying the offense and talking about how they needed to want to destroy the other team and either stop or grab the ball no matter what. During this talk she also would go off topic randomly about eating some schnitzel, going and looking at schönbrunn palace, going to the alp, and other stuff before getting back on destroying opposing offenses. Eventually this led to her having the kids run oklahoma drills non stop to help them with that destructive edge. Much like with Slothlisberger, this team had the most feared defense in all of Austria as they would hit the opponents so hard it would injure or knock the other team out. The team also started supplying every player with a Tolberone bar after every game as well.

Needless to say, I believe this program was a huge success.

With the growth of the game of football across the world, some countries keep calling your team to go there for a workshop, to help them be better at the game. Your team decides to send someone in the offseason to travel there. With the offseason now over, who was picked from your team to travel? What country did they end up travelling to? What did they do when they reached there to help direct a workshop?

I believe that the Philadelphia Liberty would likely choose to send Xavier Walls. Being a hyped prospect as well as a natural on field leader could be great for our team, as well as for the countries we choose to assist. If I had to pick a country that would ask us to send a player, I'd say it was Australia. From what I've heard there are a lot of Australians that have interest in American Football, and we would likely make some lifelong fans by sending a well known Liberty player over there to assist. I think as far as the things he would attempt to teach, it would be a variety of different things. For starters, as a linebacker Xavier Walls has a pretty decent idea of how both sides of the ball should work and could give tips to both the offense and the defense. He could teach the QB how to read defensive coverages, as well as the line on how to get to the second level. On top of that, his knowledge as a leader on the defense is unquestioned and he would be able to provide a lot of insight on things like pass rushing moves, to zone and man coverages for the DBs, as well as how to read the play action to be prepared for trickery. A face of the franchise that has the ability to share information on both sides of the ball makes for a great combination to teach others about the game of football.

Philadelphia would send Romolus Roman. Roman has been a stand up part of the team since coming in through the S28 draft and his multi-lingual capabilities really serve a perfect purpose when talking about PR internationally. Roman would travel to Russia for us in order to help spark the surging interest in football there. Taking them through workshops on footwork and having Andrew Franklin along with to teach them the ways of playing a ‘big’ really would show the Russian players the high standard at which the Liberty players play. Truly the Liberty are held back by turnovers, but their defense is ferocious and their offense does get good yardage. Being there for weeks would serve the Liberty well and I can see future international players coming from Russia with the Liberty in mind. If there’s one thing the Russians have it’s nuts of steel and an unnerving ability to withstand pain. Roman and Franklin were treated to some high quality Russian blood sausage and plenty of purely distilled vodka on their trip and that was one downfall upon coming back is that Franklin had to shed fifteen pounds. Otherwise the trip should really continue to boost the interest rising in these international hubs for professional football.

Ken Oath is from Australia and the Bondi Beach Buccaneers play American Football in Australia as it is already, so it only makes sense for Bondi Beach to send Ken Oath to rural parts of the Australian outback to teach kids how to enjoy and play the wonderful sport of American Football. While most Australian children are raised on Australian Football, Rugby, Cricket, Kangaroo Riding and Boomerang throwing only a few of the skills from these sports are directly transferrable to American Football, meaning Ken Oath has a lot to teach these kids in a short amount of time over the offseason. First off Ken gets the players to do a nice long barefoot bush run - unfortunately there are some complications here and the legal team vetos this warmup due to injury concerns. Instead Ken has the team go for a birthday suit open ocean swim, which is quickly again vetoed by the legal team. Since Ken is having trouble even getting the team through their warm up routine, he proceeds to give up on teaching the kids how to play American Football and instead takes them all to the local pub for pot and parma night. They can't drink, so Ken drinks all 18 pots and disappears into the night.
