Since he was young deffo not Leroy Leroy has dreamed of playing basketball. Then he well fell in love with football but let’s find out what would have happened if he continued down his basketball career path.

College
In college deffo not Leroy Leroy would be a all American player 3 of 3 years he was in the ncaa and would set multiple records in the league. He set the points assists and rebounds in a career record. Also snagging the triple doubles in a career record. Then the final championship game would come he went up for the shot with one second in the second half and bang he makes it but gets injured and breaks a knee to never step foot on a court as a player again.

Nba
He couldn’t play anymore because of the busted knee but he could …. coach! He became the coach of the warriors after the other coach left and then he would go on to lead them to a 8 championships and 10 straight playoff births one of the best coaching performances in nba history for sure. His record the best winning percentage in nba history! And that’s deffo not Leroy Leroy as a nba coach

DeCarr Rek made the choice to go to the isfl since high school. As his father was in the ISFL he knew he was going to make it to no matter whats. So anyways Rek knew he was going pro for a while and all of his choices in life up to know lead him into the ISFL. College was loaded with a lot of rough choices though that could have led him in a different path in life. Luckily he chose the right ones and is now a top prospect in the isfl draft. Although its hard to Imagine Rek not in the league if he made the choice to not go pro he would probably use his free college in good use. He wanted to study many things but he decided to go with criminal justice since law has always interests him in many ways. And ultimately I believe Rek would want to go to law school and become a top lawyer in his home state of California. It’s unknown what type of law he would’ve studied. But most likely would be immigration law since his family tree is built of immigrants. Anyways thats what i would think would happen if Rek decided to not go to the league. But luckily he is.

When asked about how he got into football, Schell often recounts memories of playing pickup games of football with his older brother Ricky. Ricky dreamed of being a professional football player, but he never got the growth spurt that Schell went through after middle school. Too small to be a player, Ricky devoted his energies to training and teaching his brother the ways of the game, and eventually Schell caught the football fever. Once he got started, the ISFL was the only goal in his mind. But what if that hadn't come to be? Before getting into football, Schell's primary passion was ministry. His undergrad while in school was in Christian Philosophy and even as a football player, he has started and run his own charity connecting the church and the impoverished called "We Care Ministries." Were he not in football, he would likely be doing a lot more with that side of things. However, the impact he could have had would have been far less broad than the impact that Schell could have today. And, while there is still plenty left to his football career, as Schell cashed this season's $5 million paycheck, he thought about all of the things he could do with those kinds of resources that previously would have been absolutely impossible. When his career on the football side of things does end, you better believe We Care Ministries will be getting a big time influx of leadership and activity from its founder. Without the ISFL, Schell would have likely been a pastor or non-profit leader, but with his ISFL career, the possibilities to make a positive change are virtually endless.

Written from the perspective of Matt Cross at a press report or on one of those wacky morning footballs shows

Thanks for the question, I think that's a fairly obvious one especially with how I emphasize my background frequently to friends of mine around the league. I'd absolutely be a professional wrestler right now if I wasn't playing football. In high school, I played both sports and was a varsity athlete in both during my freshman and sophomore years. It was entering my Junior year that I decided that I needed to make a decision on which I would play and pursue a professional career in. It was an incredibly tough decision as I loved both sports with all of my heart. My teammates which I would practice with, the couches who I had the honor of learning from, and the games and competitions that I loved so much, it would be hard to part with any of them. This is a bit less well known, but my father was a UFC fighter back in his prime. I talked with him probably every day that summer between sophomore and junior year trying to come up with a decision. He obviously argued more and tried to push me a bit to go the path of wrestling, but he was never forceful or demanding. He understood well that this decision would affect my entire future, so he wanted me to be the one to make it, and to also understand its importance. He told me, "Son, you can make it big in whatever you do, and I know that because you have heart, you have so much passion for both of these sports, whatever you decide to do, I'll be there every step of the way supporting you." With my father's support, I continued to talk with friends and family to help me in my decision. When it came down to it, I chose football because of the trust and friendships you develop out on the field with your teammates. Teamwork is vital to the success of your team, and the interactions and support and feelings you have are something you can't find in any other sport. But, I guess to answer your original question, if I hadn't chose football, I would have continued to pursue wrestling and I truly believe I could've gone pro there as well.

Football wasn't the first sport that took the interest of Dawkins. Growing up, Dawkins was a avid basketball fan and had dreams of playing professionally some day. It was only after tearing his ACL and picking up flag football as part of his rehabilitation from the injury did he find gridiron. Ultimately Dawkins would go on to try out for both the football and basketball team for the University of Chicago. In an alternate reality perhaps Dawkins would've pursued a career in basketball instead having already secured an offer from two NBL teams (Sydney Kings and New Zealand Breakers) prior to leaving for the open tryout at the University of Chicago.

While offers from the NBL were something that Dawkins could've taken up, a career abroad in Europe or in the NBA was what Dawkins was ultimately interested in pursuing. The NBA may have been a step too far but a career in Euroleague may have been on the table given some connections that were made playing junior representative basketball. Perhaps a season or two with the New Zealand Breakers would've been the go to, before looking to make the move to Europe to play there professionally. At the very least Dawkins could've very well continued to see out his playing days in the NBL if a move to Europe didn't eventuate.

If not an ISFL player, Buffalo Hunter would be living up to his name as a professional Hunter.

Zach Crossley had one true love besides football: Track and Field. Crossley originally went to University of Tennessee at Martin to pursue his interests in the 800 meters. Crossley was never fast enough to run below that distance, but it was a speed that fit his quickness and endurance. If football had not worked out for the wide receiver, he would have pursued his career in track and field and made an attempt to make the US team in the 4x800 meter relay. Being realistic, Crossley never was a good enough runner to qualify for the Olympic team in the open 800 but, making the Olympic trials was in the realm of possibilities. From there, Crossley just had to finish in 8th place to be a member of the relay team. Representing his country would have been the greatest honor for Crossley. After his time running was over, Crossley would have tried to return to his home of Philadelphia and teach mathematics and coach track and field at a local high school. Crossley loves giving back to the community and working with young adults so this would have been a perfect career for him. In fact, once his time in the ISFL is over, Zach will return to Philadelphia and work with young track athletes as he returns to the true passion in his life.

If Tugg Speedman wasn't a wide receiver for the New York Silverbacks in the International Simulation Football League, I would imagine he would be playing baseball in the Pro Baseball Experience. Tugg was a very good baseball player who was a really great defender and could absolute hit the cover off a baseball. He wasn't a half-bad pitcher either! Tugg had the option of going directly to the minor leagues as a top draft choice or he could play football in college and work his way towards the ISFL. The ultimate deciding factor was Tugg wanted to at least go to school to earn credits towards his future as a broadcaster in sports while also tearing it up on the football field at Texas Christian University. So yeah, the ultimate factor was being able to master his craft at wide receiver all the while working on having a career once his professional sports career ended since there are so many horror stories of athletes not knowing what they want to do once they retire. Going back to the baseball ability, Tugg ended up falling towards the fourth or fifth round in the draft and the signing bonus was not enough for him to risk his college eligibility so he that also played a part.

As stated on his wiki page, Brandon Booker attended high school at Arizona's Desert Vista High School, which is noted for producing several players who played in the NFL - that's the other popular professional football league. Booker was always gifted athletically, and starred for the school's track team as well as it's football team. It's likely, then, if he didn't earn a scholarship at Arizona State University for football, that he would've earned one for track, or another sport due to the level of athleticism he demonstrated at school. There were many doors open to him, and he pursued football due to his love for the game. Were he not an ISFL player, he may have lived a similar life as a star in a different sport, perhaps basketball, baseball or athletics. If he wasn't an athlete, though, this question becomes more difficult to answer. Booker was a gifted student, who didn't struggle academically in the way that some student athletes famously do, and so was a good role model for other athletes. If his ASU scholarship didn't result in a pro career, perhaps he'd return to Desert Vista HS or another school as a coach, and hopefully develop another young athlete who would end up playing pro football in the ISFL.
