Ok, so you TPE total prior to this update was 410 instead of 412 as noted in the audit above. Links are all good so 410+76=486. Using that 486 instead of 483 as done in the post gets you to 243. Which in the end is only one less TPE.
I couldn't tell easily where you were adjusting your build for regression so I plugged it into the player builder. It shows you should have 17 in the bank instead of 41.
I'll have someone double check me on this but for now you'll be updated as

I have reviewed this regression and approved it. Total TPE should be 243, and build is 226. That leaves a bank of 17. You need to show your work in any future regressions, saba. - Laser
