In the Ramza household, Halloween was never something we really celebrated, what with our Islamic roots and not wanting to celebrate with the Pagans. Yet, as I’ve grown older, and had my worldview expanded, it’s been nice to really put out some low effort costumes in a piss poor attempt to save time, money and effort; much to the chagrin of those around me. So, for my team’s Halloween party this year, I have decided to go dressed as the scariest possible costume. I will be going in an unreleased Suleiman Ramza Colorado Yeti jersey. With this, I will really remind them of the hell that they might have had to endure, of a world without my incredible interceptions. In addition, I’ll introduce to the Otters a favourite tradition of mine, candy cornhole! With the sheer power of the stickiness of cornhole, players have to form a decent ball with a bag of candy corn and try to get the best score in cornhole without their ball imploding on impact. It is a clearly impractical game that does not work at all, but it is an incredibly fun game to round out a night with. Outside of that, I’m still looking for new Halloween traditions to join, but I can say fairly confidently that I’ll have a great time at the Otters Halloween party this year.

Unfortunately for David Rector of the New Orleans Second Line he is extremely busy with practice and preparing for games during this time of year, so he has little time to get in the Halloween spirit. During the little time he does have he enjoys watching horror movies. Usually he picks around 10 horror movies he's never seen before and watches them during October. This year he's watched a few movies that he would say aren't even worth mentioning as they weren't good. However, he did finally get around to watching the ten episode series on Netflix The Haunting of Hill House. He really enjoyed Hill House and plans on watching the follow up called The Haunting of Bly Manor very soon. Hill House has this spooky and interesting thing it does where there are scenes with ghosts just standing in the background of the shot and it is easy to miss, but if you are paying attention and notice them it makes everything in the show even spookier. While October is almost over David wants to recommend everyone some of his favorite horror movies to watch. If you've never seen these I highly recommend them. Rosemary's Baby, Let the Right One In, The Blackcoat's Daughter, It Follows, Black Christmas, Darling, Cabin in the Woods, and The Thing. These are amongst David's favorite movies of all time and he thinks anyone with an interest in horror movies should definitely have seen all of them.

This Halloween season, PickSix Jr is simply getting ready to hear his name called as one of many S27 recreates.  He's a year older now, getting ready to make a name for himself to possibly get out of the shadow that was a complete stranger who happened to also be called PickSix.

Instead of going out for candy, he's sitting at home answering press questions about the upcoming DSFL draft and where he thinks he'll end up.  Talking with all the DSFL GM's to see which scheme would be the right fit for him as well as he wants to start his career off on a positive note during this season of self isolation and social distancing.

PickSix Jr has Gridiron dreams, and he knows it all starts from Halloween.  He's gotta put the fear into opposing QBs to make sure they don't throw his way, or if they do, know that they're risking the ball either being batted down or taken back to the house for 6.  It's what any good cornerback would do in that situation.

Wide Receivers from all over want to line up against the best, well, PickSix will make sure to answer that call starting from this Halloween, when he takes his first steps towards the hall of Immortality.

Demon Jaxsons favourite holiday has always been Halloween. Ever since he was young and found out about the holiday he has always dressed up as the scariest character he had seen from his favourite movie. The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from the movie Ghostbusters starring Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray and others. When he was young he used to go round door to door trick or treating, walking for miles, as he did not have many neighbours living nearby. All the older people thought it was adorable, a child named Demon dressing us as a marshmallow, however he was just trying to be scary. Demons favourite sweets to get on Halloween as a child were chocolate bars dipped in vegemite, however as he got older he preferred to just get the vegemite on its own. Now, being a professional athlete Demon trys to not indulge in as much sugary goodies as he used to. Every Halloween Demon picks out a scary movie to watch, and this year is no different. This year he has picked out Night at the Museum, as his friends have told him that it was one of the spookiest things they had seen in their time. Demon is a bit concerned that it might be too much for him, but he still plans on giving it a go. In conclusion, this Halloween, Demon plans on spending it sitting on the couch dressed as The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, eating spoonfuls of Vegemite and watching Night at the Museum.

Though Vequain's birthday is just 6 days from Halloween, he has never been a big Halloween person. Though he is tough on the outside, the reality is, Vequain can not stand anything scary, and that even includes Halloween. While all of his teammates in Austin are partying and dressing up as scary as they can, Vequain plans to stay at home and have a nice night in by himself. And while Halloween would be the perfect time to be watching scary movies, Vequain will instead be watching light-hearted comedies to cheer himself up. Not only does he despise horror movies, but Vequain also refuses to partake in any part of the Halloween tradition, even trick-or-treating. The gates to Vequain's home are bolted shut on Halloween, and there are many signs saying to stay out that have been put up to ward off anyone from even attempting to haggle a few candies away from Vequain. Though this might be seen as rude and unthoughtful, Vequain could really not care less. He will party out on any other holiday, like Christmas or New Years, but Halloween is a day that Vequain prefers to pretend doesn't exist. The majority of Vequain's friends love dressing up and celebrating Halloween, but Vequain will happily pass up any invitation related to Halloween.

Eleven Kendrick Watts, who was absolutely not named to inflate PT word counts, no, never, loves doing Halloween halfway. He'll put up a few little pumpkins and ghosts around his house, and prepare a bowl of candy to dispense to all the little kids in his neighborhood. If he's feeling bold, maybe he'll even put on a simple vampire costume. Eleven always admires the dedication of those who build effectively entire haunted houses in their front yard out of inflatables and lights, but he doesn't think he has the willpower or artistic flair for that. Or the yard space - Eleven is still waiting on his DSFL waiver contract money, and until that comes in, he'll have to stick to small decorations. One of Eleven's favorite parts of Halloween is the candy. Not only does he enjoy eating candy, he enjoys looking at all the various wrappers that candymakers have cooked up to try to entice kids and parents. He also enjoys weaving the twizzlers into ropes and fabrics to illustrate that they are barely edible, let alone candy.

Eleven also enjoys posting large numbers of low-quality spooky memes online, much to the chagrin of his teammates, who note that he has the humor sense of a 40-year-old dad discovering memes for the first time. Eleven disagrees, and will continue to send the memes.
