RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - WildfireMicro - 10-31-2020 Growing up in Tokyo Japan Tsuyu Asui never really celebrated Halloween until she got to the US. She was surprised to hear that there was a holiday specifically designed for spooking people and candy. After watching both films at a friends house, she eventually started a tradition of watching the first Halloween from 1978 and Trick R Treat with friends every year. Something about the spooky feeling of those movies get her in the mood to relax and eat candy. Another tradition was to go to at least one haunted house attraction, though she was kicked out of a couple for trying to expose the secret ways they make thier scares. Now that she is temporarily in London thanks to waiver claims, she is looking forward the most to visiting the Tower of London and various other haunted parts of the historical city. Another thing to note about her is that it can ether be extremely easy or extremely difficult for her to get a costume. If it's a frog based costume then she is usually perfect for it, but masks tend to be difficult with her tounge and facial features. Her best costume is usually her hero costume since its one of the few times she can wear it and no one bats an eye. RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - Raven - 10-31-2020 Code: Written Option: It’s Halloween season! What’s your player up to? How do they celebrate the holiday season? Does your team have any special traditions for the occasion, or do you stay at home alone watching scary movies in the dark? Try not to fluff it up too much. Davriel Lavigne used to celebrate halloween back when he was a kid in Haiti. However when he moved to America he noticed how differnt it was celebrated here. Back home it's more a celebration and rememberance of the dead. Here in America it's just kids being silly and receiving a lot of candy. Lavigne never really cared much for horror movies, but he likes to stay at home with his wife on halloween and hand out candy to the childern who roam his neighbourhood for candy. However before the night time celebrations with his wife, the Honolulu Hahalua celebrate halloween with the club. The club has an early dinner party where everyone dresses up and enjoys a nice drink and some food with each other. This year Davriel is thinking of getting dressed up as his favourite actor of all time. Which ofcourse is mister Michael Cera. He already has bought the shirt and the pants he wore during the fight. He really needs to do some last minute shopping to try and find the perfect belt for the costume. He tried to get his wife to go as Ramona Flowers, but she said no and will be going as a Game of Thrones charachter instead. While it won't compliment the couples outfits, Davriel has peace with her decision. RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - pauadrian - 10-31-2020 As all of you know already, Tom Teboat is tight end for the Norfolk Seawolves. What some of you guys may not know if you do not follow his twitter handle. It’s that Tom Teboat doesn’t know he’s playing american football. According to him, he’s currently a third baseman in the Pro Baseball Experience. So naturally what would he choose to dress up as for halloween? Well obviously a cricket player! What else would he be? Now although he is an extremely devoted christian,he is not perfect. Far from it, nobody is. Which is why although he does usually think of Halloween as a hateful holiday created by the devil himself. He however cannot resist the temptation of putting on costumes every year and going out to greet the kids, giving bibles out when they knock on the door for some trick or treating. Ironically Tom Teboat does have a thing for superheroes. His worst halloween memory does involve the time he dressed up as batman and ran up to a house with an all you can grab candy sign. Sadly it was a trick as there was a person dressed up as a scarecrow who scarred him for life by scaring him and making Tom Teboat run down the street. Now Tom Teboat has scarecrowphobia RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - majesiu - 10-31-2020 PBE PT RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - Sylphreni - 10-31-2020 Growing up in Northern Maine, Halloween outings were a bit of a mixed bag for Greedy. Maine winter often begins in or around the Holiday, leading to some snow ridden Halloween evenings which are not especially great for walking around the neighborhood to collect candy. Likewise, Northern Maine is extremely rural which means walking around from house to house isn’t really a thing as they’re spread too far apart. Most Halloweeens are spent driving from house to house, generally to a few family members and close friends. As for what Greedy plans on doing this Halloween… not much. Once he’s done doing his volunteer work at Denver General, he might accept the invitation to a Halloween party from Melvin Murder-Moose, and hang out with the rest of the Yeti gang. Admittedly, Greedy has some reservations about this course of action because there will most likely be scary movies at the event, and there is nothing Greedy hates more than scary movies. That said, if Greedy can get past his concerns of potential scary cinemas, the party itself sounds like a blast! All the yeti gang will be attending…. Socially distanced bobbing for apples, costume contest, silent auction, and much more! Safe to say it’ll be a good Halloween for Greedy this season. Overall he probably just end up having a pretty chill night stay at home stay safe who knows maybe a kid or two will come by and he can hand out some candy and worst case scenario you bought enough Butterfingers to sink a battleship so even if no one shows up you know what you can still get his munch on with some nice buttery Butterfingers. RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - The_Kidd - 10-31-2020 Halloween has always been a rough time for Lesean Paris Crooks because he still moonlights as an artist in his free time. Crooks manages to find balance between playing ball and recording his music, but sports has always taken priority since his college days. Sports as funded his musical ventures, but sports also limits how much exposure he and his band can receive. Halloween is one Crooks' best holidays because it's one of the few holidays that encourages people to party in public with no inhibitions, thus allowing Crooks for maximum exposure opportunity. But this was slightly different. Crooks had recently switched teams and had still needed time to acclimate to the Texas climate. Crooks had some looses ends he needed to tie up in Baltimore first. After a loss in Florida wrapped up a disappointing winless week, Crooks flew straight from Sarasota to Baltimore. On Friday night he collected some items out of his apartment, mainly his book of poems, to take back with him. Afterwards, he met up with his ex-love interest from high school and the two reminisced on what could have been. She revealed that she started dating a musician/actor from West Philly. They spent the night touring the city, even driving by the Hawks stadium to reflect back on what could have been. When Crooks revealed why he came back, she invited him to a poetry slam. Crooks read one of his poems to the crowd and left the audience amazed. Crooks said he couldn't stay the entire weekend, he needed to head to New York and see his buddies. She drove so he could get some rest. When they arrived, he left her his car, a Mercedes SL 500, as a final token of appreciation. In New York, Crooks met up with some of his childhood friends who were performing in Harlem. After arriving, the hugs and daps were aplenty, everyone assumed that once he made it to the ISFL, Crooks had given up on music. However, he explained that is love for music would never falter and to prove it, went on stage and performed a song he had dedicated to his buddies called "If My Homie Calls". The crowd was rocking early into Saturday morning and Crooks' smile was wider than when he won rookie of the year. After catching up most of the morning, Crooks had a flight to catch out to Oakland. After a solid nap on the plane, Crooks stepped down in Oakland, greeted by his Digital Underground buddies. He asked them to crash at their spot so he could surprise his mother. They agreed to help but they needed some help themselves. When Crooks finally visited his mother that evening, she became enraged that he waited so long to see her, but he had a reason: he bought her a new house. Afterwards, his DU crew needed him to hold up his end of the deal, they wanted him to record a verse one of their songs. After the studio session, Crooks was eager to hear more public feedback like in New York. They hit up one of the hottest scenes in the Bay Area and performed the new song --- "I Get Around" and the crowd turned into a Project X scene. By Sunday afternoon, Crooks felt like a Changed Man, and hoped is newfound energy could also translate to the field for is Copperheads as he flew home Sunday to get ready for the final stretch of the season. RE: (S25) - PT 4 - Spooky Scary Season - Jo3fish5 - 10-31-2020 As a frog living in a big place like Atlantic City, Halloween has always been scary for Joseph Petrongolo. There’s so many more people walking around than there are normally, and none of them are paying attention to where they’re walking. That’s actually why he wears that bright pink hat, it’s visible from more than two feet away! That doesn’t mean there hasn’t been any close calls though. During the Halloween of 2026, Petrongolo was nearly stepped on by a child in a Captain America costume. Now, he no longer goes out on Halloween, and he has never seen a Marvel movie since then. Instead of going out, Petrongolo sits at home, and puts a bucket of his favorite candy, Kit Kats, our on his front porch, and watches as every kid takes half of them. It doesn’t matter to him though, he doesn’t put a “take one” sign on the bucket, he just buy a lot of them, because he signed a massive new contract extension with the Berlin Fire Salamanders last off-season. People think he wanted the money so he can get his new equipment every season, but really it’s to supply all of Atlantic City with Kit Kats. And also eventually move to Berlin.
