Quarterback at this point for me has to be the sophomore QB for Berlin, Dexter Zaylren. He doesn’t have the volume of a guy like Caliban, but he’s rocking the best passer rating in the league by a distance, and easily the best TD:INT ratio. When you have a QB being that efficient and consistent, it’s no wonder that Berlin sits at the top of the ASFC. RB I’m going right back to Berlin with Goat Tank. Leading in yards having already cracked 1000. Granted, Kai has 3 more TDs, but looking at YPC it's clear who has done more with their carries. A bell cow RB with 5.3 YPC is phenomenal so he’ll take it for me. At WR I’ll go with the pairing of Luke Quick as the deep threat with over 1000 yards and 19.1 yards per catch (good for the best in the league by 2.6), and Speedman as the possession guy. For TE I’m gonna choose Adam Spencer. Only 18 pancakes but 0 sacks allowed. Receiving wise he’s been as good as it gets. Only 2 TEs have cracked 400 yards and incidentally they’ve both cracked 500. But of those 2, Spencer has double the TDs of the other. OL is really difficult. Comes down to how many pancakes are worth a sack allowed really. Because while Stumpy Jones has the most pancakes of someone who hasn’t allowed a sack, he has 33 fewer pancakes than Buckley. Conversely, Adyan has 1 sack allowed but 13 fewer cakes than Buckley. I’ll give Buckley the edge on this one since he has been such a mauler and is averaging 10.5 pancakes per game, but it’s close.

First and foremost I think the most obvious first choice when putting together a team of standouts is to look at the quarterback position. This season, like most seasons, the quarterback that stands out to me most would have to be Mattathias Caliban. Sure a lot of his stats might be attributed to volume, but if you look at his touchdowns and interceptions relative to his attempts and compare that to some of the other top quarterbacks he still has very impressive stats. For runningback the obvious choice is Berlin’s Goat Tank, who is one of only two players currently over a thousand rushing yards but also has a staggeringly good 5.3 yards per carry. For outside wide receivers I would have to give the nod to Tugg Speedman and Luke Quick for being the only two receivers to break 1000 yards already, especially with Quick blowing pretty much any competition away with an average of 19.1 yards per reception, while most other receivers are in the 11-15 yard range.

It’s almost unfathomable that the season is nearly over already, but here we are headed towards the home stretch. There have been some pleasant surprises and some outright shocking numbers (poor Orange County, hanging out at the bottom of the standings) If we were to look at who really stands out, there are a few guys on my list that look great so far this season. At cornerback I think you could be a winner with either Doy Fieri or C.J. Sonjack. These guys are both at the top of the league when it comes to talent and it’s been reflected on the field for Philadelphia. In the middle of the field with the linebackers, I’m looking at players like Guy Fields and Big Slammu for my team. On the defensive line, you can’t go wrong with studs like Demon Jaxson, Son Goku, and Fawn Dillmiballs. This defensive juggernaut would be nearly unbeatable up against any offense that tries to step to it. These are rude individuals who have no problem making a grown man cry in front of his wife and kids.

Just looking at the offensive side of the ball, lots of standout players this season. At Quarterback, someone that many people predicted at MVP before the season started, Dexter Zaylren has been doing bits this season. Not sure what Berlin is doing to make him dominate, but he only has two interceptions this season with more than half of the season already over. Seems like an easy MVP award provided Berlin still make the playoffs and he doesn’t randomly tank towards the end of the season. At running back, it’s Cobra Kai and Goat Tank, Goat Tank has the yards and yards per attempt while Kai has a mix of that with a little lower, and then the most touchdowns. Berlin so far having some standout players and it’s impressive that they’ve managed to get both the running back and quarterback to excel. From Wide Receiver, Tugg Speedman and Luke Quick each are at the top of the receiving yards list, while Luke Quicks YPR is crazy high.

My team of the half way of the season will be built on 100% fact and no bias at all, so let's get to it.

My qb will be Dexter Zaylren of the berlin salamanders, I would of liked my personal bias to win out but he has just been playing too good, leading the league in passer rating by a lot, 2nd in the amount of touchdowns and has the least interceptions on the season, he is just too good.

My rb will be of coarse Zoe Watts of the Austin copperheads, 3rd in yards rushing, 6th in average yards despite being 3rd in attempts, with her longest going for 55 and joint 3rd in touchdowns with 8 on the season, she has been invaluable as an offensive output and makes the Copperheads a real threat.

My wr would be luke quick of Baltimore, 2nd in yards and one of two to have more than 1000 yards, with by far the highest average yard per, he also has the joint longest reception of the season and had a very good 8 touchdowns as well.
