The San Jose Sabercats were relatively quiet in free agency without making any key acquisitions from outside the team but they retained significant depth pieces to continue to build upon the team. The draft was the main source of new talent with the plethora of high draft picks that the team had acquired, which resulted in players such as Otis Allen, HeHateMe Picksix, Leon McDavid, and others who all looks to make significant impacts in their first season in the league. Although the Sabercats may not be a powerful force in season 21, this sets them up for the future and to possibly contend next season as their season 17 crop of players and this next crop continue to hit their peak in the league. One of the key "additions" for this team hands downs is the resurgence of Dan Wright in becoming active once again and finally maxing out his potential and providing the Sabercats with a great option at QB til Monterey Jack trains and joins the roster. Of the draft picks selected HeHateMe PickSix was desperately needed as the Sabercats traded Desmond Scarlett to the Outlaws, which created a desperate hole for a lockdown corner that every team needs if they wanted to be successful. With all of these additions i predict that the San Jose Sabercats will be an 8-9 win team and make the playoffs for the first time in 3 years.

Myrtle Beach had an amazing s21 draft, and added pieces on both offense and defense. With nearly the entire defense leaving outside of LB and DB, MB restocked on defense first. Replacing former 1oa pick Prince Vegeta will be no easy task, but pick 7oa Johnny Helzapoppin should easily fill that role. With Booby Boucher also leaving to OCO, MB went after Troen Egghands, who has already played very well through the first two games of the season, notching up a MB gameball with a multiple TFL's and 2 sacks. MB also revamped DT, and the rest of the secondary in the later rounds. MB had a bunch of senddowns on the offensive side of the ball, and boosted that even further in the draft. With having Simon and Doug playing tackle, MB decided to fill their guard positions with Bruce Buckley and ACEPATS both filling those roles. MB also got two amazing TEs in Heath Evans and waiver pickup James Angler. And perhaps one of the most interesting picks of the draft, with Mr.Irrelevant MB picked Tom Sofa, who so far has been an absolute amazing locker room presence, and even though he has corona, he's 100% a star in the making. Overall, MB did well enough where the Ultimini is in sight, and where they could get their first trophy in Green and Purple.
