The idea has a couple kinks, but who doesn't these days, amirite?
Overall I like the idea very much. A perfect solution for this problem likely doesn't exist, but this is a good start.

Let's make there a 1000 tpe linemen for 10m/season with a 50m increase in cap space for the Legion only.

This is why I brought it up here and I'm glad that you brought this up. I think preventing bots from being used that are stronger than any player is 100% valid and a great idea.
Also for the record.
If any OL is pissed at me for ruining their payday for F.A. The reason why you could get offered so much is because the market is completely screwed up. Demand is insanely high and supply is little to none.
I can't fix the shortage of OL and meet demand without it de-valuing you in that position. However, to get more exciting games, I'd rather more balanced OL than see a few players make bank in F.A.
