You were retiring a few days ago. Nobody is capable of getting Clegane in line. Anyone doing TPE tracking able to tell us what the average of top 3, top 5, top 10, and top 15 of all players are and average of top 3 and top 5 of oline are? So the people already feeling obligated to play OL for betterment of the league/team will still feel just as obligated to play it even though they'd rather play something else? Someone put out an article a couple days ago(?) showing that defensive linemen were the least active group. I would hate for defensive line to become a useless position because teams are super stocked at o-line, esentially making the one good d-lineman you have useless. Their bot Oline are effectively around 350 TPE if you use NSFL scales and archetypes. Their bot Dline are effectively 0 TPE. These bot Dline still get 10 sacks a season. Do Something About Offensive Line - Battleborn - 10-20-2017 The emphasis should always be players over bots, regardless of position if your goal is player participation and retention. I'm on board for the betterment of the league as a rookie OL representative. Sacks are only one metric for measuring a d-lineman's success though. I would be very interested in seeing how yards per carry are effected and the difference in tackles for loss. They are facing DL every snap so they should be somewhere on par with their opponents |
