You gotta read #2

Idk why it says east and west but it’s pretty clearly split by divisions

IDK what TF East and West mean either but I assume Rule 1 would be in effect before rule 2 because you know counting. I will also point out this rule book was recently revised and this is their new wording.

How hard is it to say: The top 2 teams from each conference make the playoffs. ? Welcome to my life. I get paid a fair amount to debate semantics every day. You people make it easy.

Thank goodness we've been blessed with your semantic skills. I don't know what we'd do without you. Since this situation being discussed has never ever ever come up before I could only imagine the shitstorm that would ensue as everyone freaked out trying to figure out who would play who and where.

Oh wait, this did happen. http://www.nsfl.wtgbear.com/NSFLS7/ And it was fine.

You can continue to sit around and circle jerk with HO. How the rules are written aren't important because we all know what they are supposed to mean. Got it!

Hey, you. Yeah you. The one about to respond to Willie’s thing. Stop hijacking my man Kolbe’s thread.

Let’s instead talk about just how good/bad Askelsen is about to be :eyes:

My issue is how you approach it. You see a problem so you come into someone's media piece with snarky comments like
Quote:Once again not likely, but rules are sometimes rules around here so nothing surprises me anymore.

when the reasonable and adult approach to such a thing would be to make a new thread in suggestions (or even PM someone) and say "Hey guys, I think this rule is worded inappropriately. Here would be a better way..."

But instead you walk in here all holier than thou and start making your snide remarks while informing us of your elite semantics skillz. Cool dude. Real productive. Do you get paid lots of money to act like that too?

Good read as always kolbe.

I'm curious to see what's gonna happen this season, NSFC should be a dogfight.

I don't use the Suggestions thread. Sometimes, I feel bad for derailing someone's media but only sometimes. Also, without throwing anyone specific under the bus here, I pointed out how poorly that rule was written a month ago to at least 2 "active" members of HO and we see how well that worked. This is plan B I suppose?

Define lots? Unfortunately, This is basically a typical day at the office so yeah I act like this quite often. I am both loved and hated equally but IRL at least it is effective.

Yeah, when I actually looked at it, I was surprised at how much defensive drop off there appeared to be after Colorado. Defensive Line is this league is so scarce. Hell, defense in general. NOLA is the only team that seems to pose a threat to good offenses.

Also, I was surprised at how much of a gap there was between 1-5 and 6-8 last year. ARI was the #6 team in PF last year, yet was 100 points behind the #5 team. I was excited about how much we improved, but we'll finish in the same spot, just closer to the pack this time.
