You know, not a lot of people get to write their own chapter in the history books, but I believe the "Logan Noble tpe Scandal" page on the wiki still needs to be written in case you're interested...

Correct. Nobody seems to have been willing to write that yet...

My actual response:

I believe you when you say you aren't who you were a year ago. But I also feel like there's still penance to be done or some extra absolution to be sought out. You said that you're not interested in getting as involved as before and that's fine, but there's still other things that you can do.

I guess the thing I had in my mind when I started typing this out is that "You can always do better." Many people hear that and they get offended or they get anxious. Honestly, I don't blame them because it seems like something that drags you down. It's what the tiny voice in the back of every "artist's" head says to them every day. But what I'm saying is different from that:

There's no such thing as perfect. It's unattainable, unrealistic, and destructive to want to be perfect. You shouldn't strive for perfection. Instead, strive to just be better than what you currently are. And it seems like you've done just that. You found parts in your life that you knew weren't healthy and you fixed them.

So what I'm asking from you in rejoining the league is not simply "Try not to cheat anymore," it's a challenge to do more for the community. Help out new guys with integrating into a league that you helped to shape. If they're willing to talk to you, help out people dealing with their own issues and be open to helping in that way. When you look around the league, don't think "What can I do better" and fret about not doing enough. Instead, use that question with the knowledge that you are free to interpret it in any way you want. You may not be able to be a league updater, but you can take on a role within your team to help keep everyone updated on PTs. Just small things.

Don't look for what you can "fix", look for who you can help.

Also, with a record deal and a girlfriend you're clearly doing much better than me at two of the three most important things to me in my life. Unless your favorite soccer team is actually good, in which case fuck you.

Thanks for your opinion Jiggly, it's very much appreciated. Changes like you suggested are definitely the things I want to work on the most, it's one reason I'm immediately bringing back the Top 50 list to the NSFL, give something even small back to the community and help build the competition.
