I think HO almost did everything right here. I agree with everything stated except for the new rule. Inactive players should not get to decline a contract. If you are inactive, you should not have that option. That just fucks over teams for no reason.

Hello everyone. I know I don’t post here often but I want to thank the few people that reached in support of me.
While I don’t understand why I can’t choose the team I play for after fulfilling my previous contract with Arizona, I have
said to at least a few of you that I have no intention of playing for the Outlaws in the coming season. I have spoken to
a couple of people who explained what my options are in my current situation. For now, I will wait patiently as I was
told that a trade resolution is being worked out.

You disagree with the ruling, that's fair, but at the same time, I disagree with a lot of rulings, hell even some I voted for, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
