(S14) PT 4 - Cameo - flyeaglesfly29 - 04-15-2019 Hollywood News Reporter: DSFL All Star for the Kansas City Coyotes, Lightsout Lewis, will be making his cameo film debut this upcoming summer along side some big names like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Vin Diesel, in the next installment of the Fast and The Furious movie series. While all the details are not available at this point and time, what we do know is that Lewis will be taking part in more than just one scene and he will be behind the wheels of his favorite car, the Nissan Skyline. When Tricia Takanawa caught up with Lewis this week on the set he had this to say: "I could not be more excited than to be a part of this historic franchise! I remember seeing the very first film with my Dad in theaters and being hooked from there. I was always a huge fan of Paul Walker and to be able to drive the vehicle that he made famous through these movies is a dream come true. I just hope that I am able to do it justice!" Fasten is due out this July and may be the final installment to this franchise that started all the way back in 2001! (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - Rising Equinox - 04-15-2019 With his rookie season in the DSFL coming to an end, Lanzer Grievous has impressed many, but he still has a lot of work to do. One of the many things he still has to work on is in "brand". What better way to do this than having a cameo in a very popular and highly anticipated movie? The movie he has a cameo in is Detective Pikachu. One reason he chose Detective Pikachu for his cameo was that it would be very unexpected, but that's not the only reason. Since Detective Pikachu is going to be a very family friendly movie, it will allow Lanzer to connect with more than just people in the sports world. It will allow him to become an idle for people across the globe, and it will give him a chance to become a recognizable face to many. What would Lanzer do for his cameo? His cameo is actually a somewhat short and comedic appearance in the movie. When one of the characters throws a poke ball, Lanzer sprints onto the screen from out of nowhere and "intercepts" the ball out of the air. He would then spike the ball into the ground and run off the screen. This will leave all of the cast speechless, like "wtf". Then, the movie will continue from where it left off like nothing out of the ordinary happened. (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - Renrut - 04-15-2019 It is no surprise that Baltimore Hawks quarterback is a huge fan of HBO’s hit show(based on George R.R. Martin’s books) Game of Thrones. If you have watched all seven seasons then you have in fact seen Childish Gambino make his cameo appearances on more than one occasion. When Mance Rayder, Tormund Giantsbane, And the rest of the Wildings attack Castle Black in season four in the episode “The Watchers on the Wall”, Gambino played a random Nights Watchmen that had a brief appearance of killing one of the attacking Thens. In “Hardhome” in season five, Gambino once again appears briefly in the gigantic fight scene, and again on the Baratheon ships as Jon Snow, the Wildlings, and the remaining Nights Watchmen sail away from the Night King and the Army of the Dead. Gambino makes one last appearance in season 7 in “Beyond the Wall”. Gambino finally meets his demise as the Wights attack the group. He is grabbed by the feet and dragged to his death as he is torn apart by multiple wights. “It was awesome being a part of a show you love.” Gambino said. “I’m hoping maybe they can squeeze me in again in a different role for season 8.” He laughed. -207 (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - AdamS - 04-16-2019 The league didn't actually tell Dick Wizardry not to appear in the movie role he was offered. That's what he'll tell you and he'll show you the letter they sent which is specifically not telling him what decisions to make. Still, they weren't thrilled that he had a prominent role in the movie Big Jiggly Motel Butts 3. Dick played the unnamed front desk clerk who checked in the various couples (and one trio) who had scenes in the adult movie. While he himself was not involved in anything onscreen, the league was not particularly thrilled to have one of it's up and coming stars front and center on all of the pearl clutching news shows who decried it and NSFL's lack of morality. When asked about why he took the role Wizardry just said he wanted to expand his dating pool. Yet other people who also complained did so because Wizardry was NOT a participant. Some cited an expectation of seeing the running back performing in an adult scene and felt they were ripped off by the whole experience. Wizardry was quoted as saying that he hopes to repeat the experience soon and that he enjoyed himself on and offset. No one is sure if that means he intends to be in an active role in the future or simply more non-participatory appearances. (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - TomHanks - 04-16-2019 Aside from the obvious one, I’d like to appear on the new Amazon Lord of the Rings show they’re making. The book and film franchises are great, and the depth of the source material means that they’ll be able to build a really interested world. In all of those books and stuff there’s always a point where the main characters are in some situation that you really can’t win, and that’s where you need someone like Forrest Gump. The Nazgul or some dragons attack the main group, and just when it seems like there’s nothin’ they can do but die, an elf who looks a lot like a DSFL running back appears. With blazing speed, he’ll run in and start rescuing characters, whether they’re dwarves, hobbits, humans, or anything else. After returning almost all the characters to the safety of the ents, the battlefield is seriously ravaged. I never leave anyone behind though, so I charge back onto the field as dragon fire lights the world around me. Picking up the last named character, I turn around to start to run back to the forest. The last sound I hear is the character in my arms shouting “Run, Forrest, Run!” before we’re engulfed in a fiery blaze. It’s a tragic death, but in the end, most of our heroes were saved. (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - SouljaBoy2007 - 04-16-2019 Lamont McKinnie has a cameo appearance in Avengers 6. He grew up watching Marvel movies and with his football success he had a chance to fulfill a dream of his. His cameo is rather simple, akin to a Stan Lee cameo. He appears early in the movie trying to teach Captain America how to play basketball. Of course Captain America is awful because he has never played and the rules and game were different in the 40s. Despite being better, McKinnie gets tossed a couple times by Rogers' superior strength. The scene is played for about 20 seconds before Captain America is called to go do Avenger things. McKinnie gets 2 lines and he said in an interview that he couldn't be happier. "I was at Infinity War on opening night when I was a kid, and I've seen every Marvel movie, this is such a dream", he says. McKinnie said he sent several emails asking to be in the movie and since they wanted to have a scene introducing Captain America anyways they decided he'd fit in at the start. The directors and cast also seemed to like McKinnie and said they may try to get him another cameo in the future. 203 words (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - Bayley - 04-16-2019 Tyler Swift would show up on the Netflix Original show by the great Taylor Swift, Reputation. In that movie, Taylor Swift takes the stage in Dallas for the reputation Stadium Tour and celebrates a monumental night of music, memories and visual magic. Tyler does not like Dallas very much, but at least he gets to be part in this best winning show. This show is awesome because it offers a thrifty opportunity for Swift superfans to bask in the experience of a live show without handing over a pretty penny. For Tyler, that is not a huge issue, but that is something he wanted to be part of. I know, it's not an Avengers, but this is the end game for Tyler. This show is a standard concert movie that offers insights into her audience interactions and behind-the-scenes footage of Swift preparing for the tour. I mean, how cool is that? Tyler gets to be part of this without question. That is the best thing that has come and he wants to be part of it, who would not want that? He can be a star just like Taylor Swift. I mean, he is 2nd in the league in rushing right now, he wants the MVP trophy just like Taylor Swift is. As the movie catches up with Jesse post Breaking Bad, Nacho is surprisingly still alive. He has survived the blood bath that will be the final season of Better Call Saul, and is now living a quiet life after having gone off the grid with a reset of identity. Jesse runs into him several months later in a small diner in New Hampshire, the pair having briefly met in an early episode of season 1. They speak briefly about what has transpired since the events of the show, and agree to go their separate ways. The cameo will be kept a complete surprise in the lead up to the film, meaning Nacho will not do any press for the movie. Nacho will not be able to be a have a significant role on the movie, due to the busyness of the upcoming NSFL season, and his commitment to his craft at the Wide Receiver position. Nacho was a huge fan of the Breaking Bad series, and would love to play a small cameo in the upcoming film. He lives in New Mexico during the offseason, which is where the movie will most likely be shot, making it a relatively easy role for Nacho to have. (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - ARJ04 - 04-16-2019 Anthony Rowland is one of the most exciting young players in the world of football right now, with excellent speed and vision on the field he is a top notch defensive prospect. What many people don't know about Rowland though is that he has lead a small career as an actor over the past few years, appearing on the popular television show The 100. Rowland has consistently been playing one of the young members of the community that lands back on the planet and has even had an opportunity to get into some of the combat and was given dialogue in some of the more recent episodes. Rowland's character, Jackson, is one of the criminals who was originally sent down as a part of the 100 but hasn't seen much development to his character over the seasons, only now becoming more important to the plot. While acting is a secondary pursuit for Rowland compared against his football career, he certainly strives to find some success in both realms going forward. Rowland recently announced that he'll be taking part in a sequel to Remember the Titans and will be following in the footsteps of the old cast. As a top athlete and now solid actor, Rowland has a very bright future. (S14) PT 4 - Cameo - Baron1898 - 04-16-2019 Morgan Marshall has always wanted to cameo in one of his favorite shows, Game of Thrones. Since the show employs lots of extras in action scenes, Marshall saw a golden opportunity to expand his media presence and have a bit of fun in the process. After a bit of connecting and applications, Marshall secured a cameo in the show’s eighth and final season premiering this spring as a wildling soldier in the North. The Marshals running back, in his own words, was “never really good at acting or theatrics, and pretty self-conscious”, and Morgan refused any sort of cameo role that would involve speaking lines. Instead, Marshall can be seen in the background of a number of scenes, including a big battle scene that Marshall could not disclose the details of. “If you know where to look, you can see me there in a couple of scenes,” Marshall said at a recent press conference. “Honestly, the whole time I was just in nirvana being on the set of Game of Thrones and a part of this historic finale. I met with the show producers and even saw Kit Harrington.” Marshall expressed profound gratitude for the opportunity to join the show and is open to take a few other small roles in the future. |
