Otherwise this can happen:
5.3. If the team in question does not possess any picks in the second round as required to select their GM or Co-Gm player, they must use their first-round pick to make the selection.

true sorry I was speaking in generalities and you're right the Baltimore pick would be McDummy I'm still not used to teams not having 2nd round picks
