I just now noticed this, but you actually have 1.5 more TPE that you can use. Where you have the half TPE, those always round up to a full, so on your September 20th update you would have gotten an extra 1 TPE, plus the extra half from today's update. That puts your total TPE at 146 with 5 total in your bank.
