Ah yeah, I didn't notice that one, but I think I'm in agreement. Then again, I've seen votes favor volume over efficiency in the past, so if you're going off precedent I can kind of understand both votes.

I don't want to just throw criticisms though. I very much agree with the QB/MVP split decision. I think Havran will probably come out ahead in terms of passing metrics, even if we account for sacks, but Armstrong's combined passing + rushing and what it means to our offense make me lean to him for MVP.

Like I said, WR/TE is tough to evaluate. It's kind of just personal preference on which of the four main stats (Receptions, Yards, Avg, TDs) to consider more heavily. For whatever reason, I personally look at avg/efficiency much less for WR/TE than I do for other positions like RB (that's why I listed Gump over Mendonca, mooty). So I see Sunnycursed's 15 more receptions than Maddox as a good thing, not a bad thing.
My thinking is, look at the NFL: Michael Thomas is the #1 receiver in the league because he is going to break the record for receptions, not because he is 74th in yards per reception.

I think either we need to outright ban the usage of S @ LB or disallow them from being classed as DB's. Its incredibly unfair to anybody playing as a cornerback in the league. You can not get sacks as a cornerback in our sim because we disabled it, obviously the guys who have a stupid amount of sacks and a completly boosted amount of tackles while also staying on pace for the DB only stats (PD/INTS) will always win out over true DB's. As if playing as a CB isnt already shit enough, you're now ineligible to win your own award because you have people not even playing in the position winning it, getting stats you cant actually get.

Like be real with me, CB's already generally get fucked by the award being DBOTY because generally safeties will have better seasons between sacks, TFL, FF/FR while ordinarily matching your ints/pds unless you had a stormer of a season. So now not only do CB's get cock twanged by safeties (but thats bearable because as weve seen recently, you can out perform them). Now they're getting cunt plumped by the fact that unless they're lining up at the role that the guys in yellow play, they will never ever win the award ever again.
At the very least split DBOTY into three seperate awards, CB, S and then like S@LB of the year award. Or lump them in with linebackers because that's what they are now. We already have people not enjoying their time at CB because of how streaky it is to begin with regardless of 5 , 500 or 5000 tpe. Now we're at a point where if we arent using the meta, we wont have a chance winning our own fuckin award.
