Considering what has been happening in here lately, i'm gonna guess that the things that happened with Saba and Toasty weren't really that serious. After all, they were involved with a team that very recently won an Ultimini, manage a pretty happy locker room and this all came as a big surprise for everyone, even GM's from other teams.
HO removing GM's is pretty serious stuff imo. Maybe a fine would be enough in this case.
But you know more about this than i do, so i'll try to refrain from that sort of comments, as i think my last participations here were very critical ones to people who I know works very hard.
Just to let you know, as part of HO, that a lot of people lost trust in how this game is being run. And removing GMs in a case like this, does not help.

I hope there are similar punishments coming to the people screwing up sims and updates

As someone who felt that negativity and toxicity from that exact group the moment I took the coGM job at Portland in September, my guess is they’ve wanted this for a long time.

We wanted Baron and Kanako to gm. In no way did HO pick without consulting us.
