Response to Portland Management Change - Sermokala - 04-22-2020 (04-22-2020, 10:32 AM)To12143 Wrote:HO needs to remove all dsfl gms and start anew, sounds like there are issues across the boardHow... why.... Do you even understand what that means? Lets remove the fact that Gm's have their warooms and logically you'd have to remove them as well or you're just going to rotate from the same pool. How on earth do you expect to handle recruitment for all these new posts at once? Do it in the off season and make the draft a living nightmare? Do it in the middle of the season and ruin everyone from that season from having a good time? And where are you going to find the brand new 32 people at minimum who've never had any experience with DSFL gming and expect it to get any better? All the good lads get scooped up for the newly opened posts and we get stretched a little thin at first. But yeah I agree that's an awful idea lol Response to Portland Management Change - rapideagle - 04-22-2020 (04-22-2020, 10:44 AM)Sermokala Wrote:How... why.... Do you even understand what that means? I literally ran the DSFL myself for a year, i know what goes into it and ive been around the block enough times to know it’s not only impossible at one time but also that HO would never do that Response to Portland Management Change - dieselj123 - 04-22-2020 Imagine having development league issues. The common theme in this thread is...all these people are the newbies lol. No wonder this thread is so laughable. Learn the sim league ways boys before it hits you in the face.
