I know they have an NFL team but New Orleans is a premier city that just doesn't get the love it deserves. It has everything except for education and crime statistics. So I say it's perfect for football

In all seriousness, we should add to where there aren't any NFL teams: Montana, Dakotas, Alabama, Idaho, Kentucky, Kansas, Maine, Oregon, Oklahoma, Virginia, Utah, etc. maybe Mexico.

I think all future expansion sites should be Canadian based cities. Winnipeg, Edmonton. No Toronto though, screw them, they know what they did.

Texas is not considered the deep south by most southerners. And especially not San Antonio or Austin. Texas is Texas, it has it's own classification. Sure parts of Texas fit the bill (like the Ark-La-Tex region or maybe parts on the Gulf Coast being Gulf South) but most the state does not. The Deep South would be Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina and maaaybe Arkansas.
Overall decent writeup, I like that you're looking for teams for the Southeast. I think there are some decent markets in Charleston and Memphis.
