This is a "cheap" alternative, but I make all my signatures using photoshops free trial. It only lasts seven days so you have to make a new account (takes five mins) each week. Has definitely made the quality of stuff I make a million times better.

OOC can you give them fake emails or do you actually have to make a new email each week?

You have to use a valid email but you can change the end and it's applicable.
So for example I use carsonshmyr@gmail.com for everything but for my last account for Photoshop I used carsonshmyr@gmail.yxe
Just need to be two or three letters at the end, must be letters no numbers.

My laptop came with 'cyberlink photodirector', which lets you mess around with colors and blending a little bit. not quite photoshop though. I get by with this and Words version of photo editing.
