I do my updates in real time. I'll be in a 15 min delay slamming down a 200 word TPE. So directly after I write first rookie practice TPE I grab the URL for the and update my update thread.

If there's a delay and I have to wait for it to be posted some times I don't remember the 15 min I took to write it a week ago and if I actually did it or not. Plus the claims threads don't link the account
