So, short answer, probably not?

Once we expand to 16 teams, it is extremely unlikely we will expand beyond that for a very long time. But the next expansion, to 16 total teams, whenever that will occur, will be helped along by this committee.

Unless we're specifically looking at an electric-steam train, which is not particularly common, we ain't getting no steam, bb.
