This is actually false though.
No you're definitely not dumb. I get that human OL no longer getting the base weight advantage over BOT is a big change, but Position Skill is essentially giving the same effect. Except now you don't HAVE to play your human OL at Tackle if they're more suited for Guard or Center (or just want to be there for flavor).
