He had an IRL situation suddenly come up so he retired his player. You didn't and couldn't have seen that coming, that's not why you rejected him.

When this situation was resolved, he came back as an agent for a season, was active, and then upon deciding being an agent wasn't fun he recreated. His current player is one of the higher earners in his class.

That's such an unnecessary and ill-informed shot to take.
"The way you treated him"
Contrary to popular belief, we never insulted Tim. We held Tim in high regard. We just didn't think he was the right person for the job.
Did we come to that decision before talking to him? Yes. But did we ever talk shit about him? No. We just didn't think he was the right person for the situation. I thought that he would make for a solid GM of a normal team. The Butchers were anything from normal at that time.
And when it came to him "having his shit drawn through the mud" as stated by @NicholasTheGreat, we did our best to keep his name from coming out. We wanted to let him stay anonymous and not be "The guy the Butchers rejected". He chose to bring it to the public. And he wasn't the one who got "drawn through the mud".

I'm not even going to read this after the 1st part was already wrong because Philly also went through this (with way less drama from the war room then Chicago did) but I'm guessing this is another way to start a "communist takeover" again and another way to say "hey look at me I'm totally GM material"

We are discussing every option with the interim GMs. Right now we have a plan in place to take applications, both internally and externally, we want to make sure that we hire the best person possible for the job, not just the best person internally for the job, though they might be. It's Head Office's job to make sure the hire is the best for both BAL and the League. With that in mind we are working very closely with them to make sure the locker room is heard and that we are also putting everyone in the best position.

I will say one thing, the Bex comment is very unnecessary and is a good way to have any good points you said ignored. From context, since you didn't provide any of your own, was from a media piece, where you giving unsolicited feedback, where none was asked for. Throwing shade at the Commissioner, while you might find it apropos or pertinent in this situation, is wildly inappropriate. Please think about that as well as any "gun gifs" threatening people before posting them, would be my advice.
As for the first paragraph, I am aware of this. I made sure to talk to the interims about this and they were also very interested in my solution. And I also hope this will go much cleaner than the first time.

As for the Bex comment, I added that to show that I had already attempted to solve this while there wasn't a crisis ongoing. It wasn't in the media piece, but when she responded to the media piece saying to contact her if we had any questions about the new rulebook, I PM'd her on-site. It wasn't in the form of "unsolicited feedback", it was asking her if I could be involved in solidifying the rules surrounding a situation that I am acutely familiar with.

And with the gif, I don't know who I'm supposed to even be threatening. I wanted to show a guy who had redeemed himself in my eyes that I wanted to protect him. My usual medium of saying things is anime gifs. I like Misato.

Anyway, I've already started drinking for the night and I want to finish up some things I was working on today, so I will not be taking any further questions. If HO has something to say to me, they can say it through the appropriate channels, like I've tried to do. I've already given my interim GMs the best advice I can.

I get it. I'm the bad guy. I'm the person who fought for things that no one cares about. I've stated I don't want power and I'm not interested in being deeply involved. I just posted this to remind HO of the precedent that was set and was quickly ignored. I apologize to Bex and HO if I offended them by bringing up a point of history, but I'd like to remind them that I only do this because I believe in people having a say in what happens to them.

Damn, this league is supposed to be fun. If you disagree with the GMs you have/get, you (THE PLAYER AND USER) can request a trade and get out. No use in making a fuss, as there is no situation so bad you can't make it any worse.

He chose to make it public so that he could defend himself after he and his credentials were criticised in your posts. But let’s assume for a moment that orchestrating someone’s removal and publicly criticising them is totally cool. Everyone knows Bayley and Muford have done a fantastic job, you don’t need to try and bring someone else down to point that out.

I remember telling the locker room to try not to cause any drama about this and roll with the punches

Shut the fuck up you self righteous arsehole. Like for real absolutely fuck off with that pity party you're holding for yourself. You made suggestions, they weren't taken into account, move on. Let HO do their thing and be grateful for the fact that they're putting in so much effort to find you a pair of great GMs.
