What's the logo supposed to be? kinda looks like a fidget spinner, with the four Chicago stars, and I know thats not the intent. I feel like once someone tells me it'll be obvious though.

I thought it kind of looked like a wheel and tire.

But a quick image search shows it has something to do with soccer.
