What if we advertised some kind of special for new players? i.e. "Always been on the fence about joining a sim league? Start before [insert date] and we'll put $2,000,000 in your bank account!" That way there's no sustained TPE advantage that the grinders cannot earn, but there's a real benefit to joining at this moment instead of putting it off.

Create an official league IG page and tag teams/NFL accounts or use NFL hashtags. Regular posts at least puts the league out there to a new audience, could help the league pop up in fan's Explore pages. New Player signup/creation should be linked in the bio.

Create a Listed Group on LinkedIn and spend time connecting with other groups or people with similar interests.

Get some people with decent translation skills to translate the text used for recruitment, so that it can be posted on different subreddits/pages using their native language.
Then when the new users get here, slap them in the face with english all around.
(And please send the email to IA users to come back and they get a 5M bonus or so)

I actually like the translation idea a lot. Especially considering how many users we have from other countries around the world.

flyers. real grassroots shit. or tiktok. Create an isfl zine. Or just a sim league zine. buy a billboard along an interstate. start a gofundme to fund the billboard.
