I'm sad to see this. I really appreciate the tremendous amount of effort you've put in, especially as part of the RM team but in service of the league more generally too. Your criticisms always came from the right place and you'll be missed.

I'm sorry you had to deal with the worst of the worst in regards to the people in this league (i.e. ppl you thought were friends saying bad/untrue things about you or the Yeti), Schwarz... I was lucky enough to be in the Norfolk locker room with you during my time with the team, and I always looked forward to what conversations we could be having at any time.
To say I'm highly disappointed in those who contributed to driving away one of the best people in this league is a massive understatement. To the veteran users who dismissed her concerns, especially those in HO, do better and get off your pedestal.

It's going to be real sad to see you go. While I haven't really chatted with you much, it's easy to see how much you care about the league and everyone in it. It's going to be a worse place without you here. I wish you the best going forward and hope you come back at some point.

So... one of the most hard working, dedicated and enthusiastic users in the league tearuflly expresses her mindset and views currently on the league, how much it has meant to her, but also how much she has been slowly drained by comments over time that have built up....and you think this is the right thing to say?!?! Not only is this of all places not the right one to say it, but of all times you decide now?!?! This isn't from HO, strictly from me, but we question why veteran users are wanting to phase themselves out of the league and becoming more reclusive, and I think yours just gave us the poster boy example of why.
Schwarz, we may have had times of clashing between a GM and HO, but on an individual level, we both know how much respect should be put on your name. The countless hours you spent building rookies up, talking and discussing with HO ways to bring that extra life back into the ISFL in modern times that still on-going, you are going to be missed and in your place a void as to where your presence and energy once was. Would really love to still see you kicking ass as a GM and RM head, but you have to do what you have to do, know in yourself what you accomplished was amazing, and that from all of HO i'm sure, we have had an amazing time during your tenure working with you. May retirement bring you peace and joy to your final seasons and we be lucky enough to have you pop up in the future

Schwarz, you have been a wonderful member of the community, and someone who I consider a great person to hang out with and talk to ever since you popped into the Yeti LR with a plush Wolfie McDummy. You have made great contributions to the league and don't let those you dislike you get you down. Whether or not you come back to the league after you are done, you can always hit me up! Hope you hang around the Yeti LR at least for some time
