Maybe in a different draft class or in a future draft where there are more actual rookies. He was outplayed by late round and undrafted LBs because of his poor initial build. No doubt that he'll be more valuable as the seasons go along but that's because of activity not usefulness on the field.
Redraft S2. The GM that takes him in the first round deserves much more heat than the GM that trades a future first round pick for a Pro Bowl Olineman.

If you don't mind me asking how were these figured out? Definitely didn't look like the worst qb in the league, or the worst WR core, or a bottom 3 RB core. Seems like some bias here without giving any way of figuring these numbers out.

I did it by TPE.

Yeah using TPE to rate the teams at this point is a pretty bad way to do it. We have stats from everyone, feels like those could have been used over TPE.

TPE doesn't account for bad builds, stats don't account for bad systems. Both are objective, but misleading. Most of the writeups I've seen have been based on stats, so I went the other way and did TPE.

I like it. Mostly fair, even. We never felt crushed though. We knew exactly what we were getting, and for the most part it went exactly as I expected - struggle, improve, get a lot closer. We're going to have a winning record in S3.

Yeah, as much as I am a dick with Cushing, I do try to be fair out of character. I don't know agree with the winning record, as you are still catching up to other teams, but a lot of development can happen over the offseason. Liberty defense will definitely be going off the boards a little earlier in fantasy.
