from what I can tell, you earned 13 TPE this update. You spent 18. Since you only redistributed 34 TPE originally, you're 1 over.
Find out what to take that 1 TPE out of and you'll be good to go

Actually, I am pretty sure I know what my mistake was. I had another 5 extra from the weekly training. i will update it and let you know.

Ok I updated it with the five extra that I forgot to add. So then if im right, I was able to add 4 more, instead of being 1 over.

No, you have to take away 1 away from the 5 TPE you added. Instead adding an extra 4. Not sure where you got that idea from

Yeah, the issue was that I had a million training that I failed to put in my update, but already had counted the points for it. So that's where the confusion came from. I added the link to that and the four points extra for that.

I think it's better to let @Bzerkap, the head updater handle it because I'm a bit confused.
