Because it can destroy parody and therefor make the whole sim league useless since there's no accountability for bad GMs

Well there should be accountability, not protections. Those are two different things.

This will not happen anymore, thanks to the DSFL. Now that we have the DSFL, there will not be any NSFL waiver players spending time with an NSFL team and then re-entering the draft. Every player will start their career in the DSFL and after their first DSFL season they will enter the NSFL draft without ever having been in an NSFL locker room before.

If it's supposed to fun then allowing a player to choose his team/ hold out increases the fun for them.

Players who sign up before the trade deadline will have this season count as their DSFL rookie season and will enter the NSFL draft at seasons end. Players who sign up after the trade deadline will enter the DSFL draft at seasons end.
