Besides time restraints on the weekends, I had to leave my updater job because the work/pay ratio was way off. These guys truly do some top level work. And it's tedious as well. I hope they get what they deserve.

From what I can see, updaters have the most demanding job. They have the most restricted hours since updates HAVE to occur on Saturdays, they commit the most personal time out of any league job to complete their tasks, and they are a main cog in the gear that keeps this league running semi-smoothly and consistently. Without updaters, this league would come to a stand still. I am all for paying updaters more "seasonally" but would also be open to additional monetary incentives for updaters who do their jobs timely and diligently.

I actually like this more than just outright paying updaters more money. If we kept the pay at 4 million and offered incentives for timely, error free updates it would be a good system. 4 million base pay and you can double that (1 mil per week you do well? with bonuses.
