We discussed this heavily and this was my first suggestion just because of precedent.

We decided against it because of a few reasons.

Er has a ton of cash so fining him money does virtually nothing.
He has also done a ton for the league so we decided to show leniency.

He deleted Yoloswags older post, and we really have no idea why. It's possible it was an accident but we really can't know.

It had no impact on the previous investigation we did on Er with all of the accusations against him. However, we wanted to address that nothing of this nature will be ignored and will be punished accordingly.

The new Noble

@evryday beat me to it, but there ABSOLUTELY has to be greater punishment here. Hendrix got fined despite the fact that his actions were clearly in effort to prevent escalation of an incident (demonstrated by him deleting the troll post AND the person attacking back) and it only being a one time thing.

This is a SERIES of abuses with less than clear intentions, though given the graphics investigation, I can't help but suspect that the two were related. It might not be, but benefit of the doubt simply can not be employed here when there were overt abuses.

I completely get the "drop in the bucket" mentality regarding a fine, but I do have to challenge the other logic employed, namely, service to the league. Er has done a TON for this league. I am not disputing that in any way. However, Noble did a ton for the league as well, but he got a one year suspension when he was caught breaking the rules.

So we're clear, Er > Noble, but there still needs to be a punishment.

I don't say this often, but I 100% agree with @kckolbe.

Force him to spend a season on the Yeti/Legion.

I think its only fair to give him the same punishment HENDRIX got, we do have rules for a reason

Ownership Suspension - Walder Frey - 11-21-2017

I will agree with the rest of the guys for a higher punishment. Thanks for doing such good work for the league but there's no need to abuse mod rights.

100% agree, and I didn't even think Noble's punishment was enough.
