HO didn't propose the rule (I think), some GM did. All of these rule proposals should be GM proposals as far as I know

I just wanted to say that I think this is a great write up and thanks for doing it.
It's super interesting to see the transparency of things being voted on and some reasoning behind some of the votes.
I'd definitely love to see this every time.

Ballerstorm actually voted against the initial HO and GM pay. So I doubt he wants to see it at $10M

I'm all for high accountability. I know I have said and will say again if the majority of GMs/ Teams wanted me to step down I would step down in a second.
