Only thing I can think of is for some GMs it’s not a problem waiting until the last minute each night so they want to keep that advantage over others
ya but trying to keep rules because they're good for you and not for the league is the definition of dumb in a league that is struggling like this one *cough* @kckolbe *cough*

Quote:The RFA tag stands as it is, but can only be applied to a player that was drafted by your team and at the conclusion of their rookie contract. If the player signs an extension as a rookie, then the RFA tag does not apply. (8/13)

im surprised this did not go through. The original RFA tag rules still apply, but this just puts more restrictions on it. I know most of us (players) hate the RFA tag rule and some of us want it gone all together, so wouldnt this be a step in the right direction?

I won't out who voted to keep dc's visible (because I'm not a dick) but I am absolutely surprised we missed passing that rule. By ONE voted, too.

I think the league will absolutely 100% improve when we don't know what one another are doing. I can only assume that maybe someone was unsure of what was being voted on.

It was pretty annoying to see. I’m really surprised as well. Tim to bring it up next season as well I guess....

I can understand why the invisible DCs rule was not passed, as there are obviously going to be some people, most likely HO and definitely the simmer, who could take a glance at the strategies and inform their team of their opponents strats. Which gives a couple teams a big advantage, whereas at least this way every team has an equal opportunity to look at strats.

If we can't trust HO or the simmer, they shouldn't be on those roles

Im surprised so many dont agree with HO getting more money.
